- Today's viDEBO was all about the RED lipless crankbait. I have caught a lot of spring bass on a red Rat-L-Trap! Randy and I knew the bite would be starting sometime. However, I didn't think it would be on tonight. I also had a fun run in with some crawfeesh. Thank you to everyone who CONTINUES to support my channel! SERIOUSLY...it means the world to me!

I have that same Bill Lewis lipless. I have had luck with it this year so far. Also with the cotton cordell spot in chartreuse. Good lures!!!

Late watching this, but glad I did. Fun to see specific techniques, matched to the scenario, performed in real time (or is it reel time 🤔) to confirm the theories described in words. And glad the dink ratio was less than 50%, makes up for those days to come when it's the reverse!

Was doing pretty well last week with that same Rat L Trap. Got a 3.2 on it. Got my personal best yesterday on a black super toad (8.7). I do some fishing with your cousin down in Mississippi.

Tomorrow will be 82-83° in San Diego. I will be throwing Keitech swimbaits on custom painted Owner ultra bullet jigheads and spinnerbaits.
Iv caught 16 bass so far in northern Indiana this season. 15 have been on a red lipless.

I need to try the bill lewis red on my next outing. A family member bought me a few bill lewis rat-l-traps at Christmas. Hopefully it will be one of my go-to baits going forward in the spring. Have you fished that in summer or fall too? How well did it work during those seasons?

That was a great way to end the day! No better fun than getting on a good bite. Beats the heck out of grinding and grinding fer dang sure. Drizzle just went back to the truck to make sure those craws didn’t drag it in the lake😂

Thus, the legend of the Red Lipless lives on. Has Randizzle forgotten?, the benefit of fishing with a partner is using different lures until one finds what they bite, then the other ties that on to join the frenzy.

Hey Debo, been busy and haven't commented in a while but I'm still watching. Great day! I was throwing blade baits and lipless cranks 6-8 weeks ago in FL, now moving to a lizard and been tearing it up. Looking forward to seeing you hit that 100k sub mark!
Debo need to get a few googan baits and lures and use them in a video. The lil juicee jig is phenomenal. So is the blooper top water popper!
Or he can just buy the brand that Googan ripped off. I've yet to see an original bait by Googan. It's all super cheap knockoffs with an extra appendage added so they can't be sued.
@@twiggsherman3641 I’m not too sure about that one. Steve parks is the creator of a lot of products from strike king and googan squad. Not only that the googan rods are extremely unique and very well priced for the comfort and durability.
@@seizedcarcass8440 sounds like a paid actor. Although I'm amused you immediately pointed out most Googan baits are copies of Strike King. Strike King are USA made. Googan are cheap chinese knockoffs, which you can find even cheaper on AliExpress.
As for their rods, their rods aren't unique. They're mass-produced box store rods.

And since Googan has ripped off most of Strike Kings softbaits, and that's what we're talking about... Strike King is made in the USA, lasts longer, and half the time is cheaper, then Googan's Chinese made knockoffs.
