Playing with Zipper Leaders, The Quick Zip System

This past week I was lucky enough to teach at The Quilting Connection in Elkhorn, WI. While I was there, I met the originator of the zipper leader system, Sue Schmieden. If the name sounds familiar, it's probably because you have been using some of her designs in the Pro-Stitcher already...Yes, she has he own file. I asked her and her daughter, Angie, to show me how these babies worked because I was amazed at how fast they were. We were changing out people quilts daily and all we had to do was baste on a new zipper, cut off the students samples and zip the new piece to the back leader. Angie showed me how easy it was and I had to get a set of my own to try them out. I thought I would share with you all too. I know there are a lot of different ways to load a quilt and this is just one more but maybe you might like this one. I have linked to their site, where you can get them. I like this system beaches there are ample instructions to get you through the process and once you do it the first time, you won't need them anymore. Check them out and I hope you like it.
