Absolutely gorgeous shots man, beautiful episode!
That's an amazing comment thank you so much man 😊
Great video pal, looks like you had a great camp
@@BareBonesCamping cheers for watching man I certainly did 👌
Nice video dude. One of my favourite things to do when wild camping is to cook a decent meal. I use the trangia 27 kit. Cook all sorts from steak to curry’s to full English breakfast 😁 try it. I’ve got the same mug set as you too, I like it.
Thanks for watching man! Sounds ace, I do enjoy the cooking part and want to get more adventurous. I have a similar cook set to the trangia so may take it next time and do myself some steak 😍!
Just a thought, try adjusting the position of your guidelines. Rather than straight out to the side have the front ropes about 45 degrees forward and the rear 45 degrees back, that would strengthen the main part of the tent in the wind. Hope that makes sense 😊
Cheers for the tip Paul I will look into that one. Thanks for watching mate!
@@mywildadventures88I’ve got a similar looking tent so I’ve got used to it now. You’re braver than me though, never tried wild camping 😊
@@paulfairclough9350 give it a go Paul, it isn't as scary as you imagine!
7:57 I hear blaspheme 😂
And I’d say that was a roaring 1st wild camp success 🎉
Hmm where is the blasphemy 😂
Cheers, really appreciate it 👌✌️
@@mywildadventures88 what you said about lord pot noodle 😱😱😱😱
@@zafiracamper I actually take it back, id have preferred a pot noodle over that rubbish meal 😂
@@mywildadventures88 ah absolve you of your previous sins 🇻🇦😇
Mahico . New subscriber here old chap😊. Ive the vango nova 200. Same tent basically. First wildcamping tent i ever got and its great. Got illebergs and others since but a cheap strong tent is always good 😊
@@fraserconnell21 thanks for subscribing, really appreciate it 🙂👌! Yeah the vango 200 is a great tent, not sure why you would need anything else!!!!!!
Excellent video. If you dont mind me asking what sleeping bag did you use please
@@craig1015 thanks for watching Craig 🙂! The sleeping bag was from amazon, a cheap thing. This weekend I am going to record a vid of all the gear I used so look out for that. Cheers 😊
Here's the link to the sleeping bag - Active Era Professional 300 Warm Mummy Sleeping Bag - 300 GSM Double Layer Filling - 3-4 Season for Camping, Hiking, Outdoors (Blue) (Blue, Mummy) amzn.eu/d/33g2die
@@mywildadventures88 thanks. Thats a great sleeping bag. The anti snag zipper too is a great feature
is this shot on the pocket 2 from your review?
