Wow. I can't belive, that Algoz have overhead lines. What do you think, when this section will be finished with the eletricification? Will be the Intercidades and Alfa Pendular goes to Lagos? It will be very nice, when both trains came to Lagos. With stops at Silves and Portimão
Not happening soon, there needs to be long platform extensions for that to happen and those are not underway. Also a small line connecting the Western Algarve line and the South linde near Tunes would need to be built, and that's also not planned.

Da concordância de Tunes apenas restam alguns restos de carris e travessas no lado da Linha do Sul. Penso que num futuro próximo não vai ser reposta e se algum dia for reconstruida teria de ser feita mais a ocidente.

A desvantagem dos comboios directos é a maior dificuldade em criar horários que se adequem às necessidades da população, mas se aumentarem o número de comboios por dia seria ideal serem directos.
What's the reason, to bulit shorter platforms? Why? What's the problem with double, coupled trains? Why the class 2240 can't run coupled together? Why one single unit? With double trains, you can take more people. You have more space.
Sadly the Minho Line also has shorter platforms, which is causing CP some problems... I guess IP doesn't learn from it's previous mistakes. Class 2240 can run up to 3 units coupled together, but the new platforms only fit 1 unit. Hopefully it will be enough for peak hours service.

Falta no vídeo, a informação do fecho, da passagem de nível do Parchal e do futuro viaduto do Parchal, que vai ligar a rotunda, do novo Continente.

Fazem bem, não sei porquê que de Lagos para Vila Real de Santo António tem que mudar em Faro.
