I just laughed at one of the tip: drink lots of water. The girl who doesn't have heatstroke is drinking water instead of the guy who's affected by heatstroke.

Had a heat stroke when I was really young. Like 10-13. I remember just getting excessively nauseous and confused. I was in my moms old car which had no air conditioning. It was mid summer and we were heading to a pool party an hour away. I told my mom I felt sick. 10 seconds or so later I legitimately passed out. My mom luckily noticed I just stopped talking and quickly got me out of the car and inside someone random persons house. (she knocked on their door for help). I was okay but damn this shit is serious especially for children and older people. I was never taken to a hospital for it but I think I was lucky with the amount of "exposure" I had. Any longer though, and I would have definitely been a goner.

To be ok lay flat on your back and pour some water on your face while breathing heavy, the trick is because when you lay down on your back your body goes to relax mode it will cool down quick you don't have water no problem just make sure you lay down on your back while breathing heavy

I was checking this video looking for an explanation of what I experience sometimes when I exercise in hot weather but it's not mention in any of the videos I've watched. Suddenly I feel cold and chills run through my body, I also feel my bladder getting loose. I have to stop and after 30 seconds or so I start feeling better. That's when I know the session is over. Are these symptoms also part of overheat or is it something different?

ive had a heat stroke and dehydration. for my dehydration situation, i fainted and couldnt say anything. i stayed in the hospital for 5 days, and they decided to let me out. my heat stroke was almost the same. it was so scary, because the principal and the office assistants were asking me questions constantly. i was worried for my mom. i could barely see anything.

I played soccer on Tuesday in 88 degrees I played for 3 hours I got home at 9:30 PM I showered after the shower I had chills and a headache I took Tylenol then I woke up the following morning on Wednesday I went up to my mom she was brushing her teeth with the door open I started to feel dizzy and couldn’t focus everything felt that was going sideways then the last thing I remember is my mom screaming and I passed out right in front of her when I opened my eyes I was on the couch super sweaty I’m so lucky and thankful I was ok I didn’t go to the hospital I didn’t know about the symptoms of a heat stroke until this video if I would’ve known I would’ve gone to a hospital that night so thankful it wasn’t anything bad jus passed out but definitely a scary experience never thought it would happen to me I didn’t know heat strokes could be bad for you if you didn’t get help the day you feel a symptom

One of the best ways to cool down someone with heat exhaustion is to put them in the car and blast the AC. if you are outside and it's 100 degrees, pouring hot water on someone isn't gonna do anything. If you have water bottles that have been in the sun with you, it's hot water. Get them in a car with AC or cool water.

So whenever we are in Sudan that’s usually very hot my mom tends to act like a possessed person whenever she gets home after being outside for hours. I was always too young to understand and it always scared the heck out of me because she would literally scream, yell get away from me and move so weirdly on a ground.
Basically like she’s literally possessed, I still don’t know to why this always happened. Me questioning it now made me come across heat stroke, it’s somewhat similar but also not. I feel like hers more different but she also acts very confused, she turns into a whole different person. Besides we are like a family of 5 and she’s the only one affected it by it. None of her friends experienced this. So I’m wondering what could it be?

I want to know if someone put a tube in their nose attached to a submersible in ice water and put the tube in their stomach the same way they do nasal feeding if that would drop a persons body temperature(the tube is sealed so no ice water gets out)
