    It took me a little bit of time to fall asleep last night. But I woke up with a ton of energy this morning. It was probably the most energized I felt in the morning in quite some time. I had a really good back workout and cardio session this morning. I had a good breakfast and I’m now going to fast the rest of the day.
    Next week during my peak week, I’m gonna be adding in 20 to 30 minutes of meditation each day to help calm and destress throughout the week. My goal for the peak week is to be in the most relaxed state by Saturday, July 6, so that my body does not hold on to any extra waterweight. Two more days left!
