    1:58 गर्म चीजें - मैथी की सब्जी , मैथीदाना
    बथुआ , चौलाई , चंगेरी , मुली के पत्तों का साग , लहसुन
    थोङे मसाले जैसे - जीरा , इलायची , अदरक सौंठ
    ये diet जैसे रोटी दलिया अआदि के साथ लेनी हैं , तो वात कम करने लग जाती हैं ।
    2:40 स्निग्ध चीजें ::- सब तरह के तेल जैसे तिल , अलसी , जैतून, सरसों आदि ।
    इनके अलावा घी , मक्खन, दूध , दही ये सब स्निग्ध oily nature के हैं ।
    इनके अलावा बाहय - 5 टिप्स पहली वाली विडिओ के - गंडुस, मालिश, आदि ।
    थोङा ध्यान रखिए कङवी चीजें व खुश्क तासीर की चीजें ये वात को थोङा बढाती हैं ।
    दालों में सब दालें गैस बढाती हैं हालांकि एक दाल , कुलथी की दाल ये वायु को कम करती है ।
    इनके अलावा कोई भी चीज गरम तासीर की व साथ में स्निग्धता है , वो वात को कम करेगी जैसे गिलोय और घी
    4:40 वात balance होने के बाद, आप फिर वात वाली चीजें भी थोङी थोङी खा सकते हैं जैसे मटर वात में मना होते हैं लेकिन बाद में फिर खाना है तो थोङा अदरक डाल लो , थोङे मसाले तेज डाल लो , मोटी इलायची तेजपत्र कढीपता , ताकि ये जल्दी हजम हो जाएं और गैस ना करे ।

    Meri ma 25 din se khana nahi kha pati thi asakt ho chuki thi .Davai to chal rahi thi par khana nahi kha pati thi.
    Fir hamari ayurvedic doctor se mile usane bataya ki sirf vayu he koi chinta ki bat nahi.lahsun vagera dalkar soup dete raho.
    Magar vo kuchha bhi nahi le pati thi.Achanak aap ka vat vala video yad aaya.Jisame massage karane ko kaha tha.
    Usi din se mane meri ma ki massage suru ki aur turant fark pada dakare aane lagi khane ka man bhi hone laga., Jyada nahi kha pati thi magar ichchha hoti thi.Fir fudina , lahsun , adrakh, kalimirch dalkar limbu namak milakar pani diya lahsunadi vati 2 goli khane se pahele deni thi vo kiya ab khana kha pa rahi hai.

    Sir, I live in US, in the most cold area where it is 8 months cold and sometimes horrible wind. Because i can not go for walk after August, I start facing digestion problem. I try to cook fresh meals everyday. But sometime we have to eat stale food. If i take lot of kashayam, sometimes i feel heat in my stomach. I feel totaly fine in summer, and when I visit india, I digest everything in any season. Where is your facility for ayurvedic treatment is available? I would like to visit. Until then please advise me what I should eat during winter.

      Aap सूप लेना शुरू कीजिये mam उसमे गाय का घी 2 चमच जबरदस्त help करेगा.. आयल से मसाज करें हलकी daily.. आयल pulling करें. 70-80% आराम इन सब से ही आ जायेगा बाकि गुरूजी जल्दी अपॉइंटमेंट शुरू करेंगे. धन्यवाद 🙏

    Guruji 🥺🥺mera pachan thick naui rahta , bhuk nahi lagti hai , meri age 14 year aur weight sirf 34 kg hai. Mera weight bahut pahele bhi yahi tha(shayad 1-2 sal pahele bhi 🥺🥺mera weight gain nahi hota hai , khaya piya sarir ko lagta nahi hai , to iska matlab ye hota hena ki mere sarir me vat dosh badha hua hai 🤔🤔🤔to me kya vat nashak chijo ko diet me samil karne se meri ye problems thick ho jayegi ??? Aur kitni der lagegi uske liye ??

    I lost my weight even was on this diet.
    so restrict diet.
    gluten free and lactose intolerance ( no dairy products) gas hoti hai but I can't eat ghee and garm tasir b'coz of uterus fibroids and heavy bleeding.
    please next video banayein underweight, gas/ bloating with uterus problems heavy bleeding and fibroids🙏🙏

    If I start working on system for some time, I get join pains in my finger joint especially index finger...pain and uncomfort on hands...please suggest solution......my body is already pitta type as I take seasme seeds, raggi my body gers heated up and top of it, I have vatta dosha seems to be...both are making my life abnormal...I started taking ashwagandha but it was increasing heat in the body making problems worst

    Can eat cold foods like coconut water, Coconut milk, peanut milk, almond milk like these days.
    Can eat fruits and pomegranate first thing in the morning b'coz of my stomach indigestion?
    Can't eat garm tasir like ghee because of bleeding.

    Guruji.. bahut dhanyawad aap itna mehnat karte ho hamein sikhane keliye.. Will it be possible for us to refer to any pdf or chart you may have on your website to check which foods/fruits vegetables suit vata imbalanced children? Anytime I give fruits for breakfast, my son's hands and feet become very cold and his vata conditions immediately get aggravated. Will be very grateful 🙏🙏🙏 mango is ok.. but he starts to really get very distracted and unable to focus on anything with his vata imbalance.. talks a lot.. becomes very restless.. really require your guidance Guruji..

    Tomato, ginger boil together, add little salt and pepper. Filter it, add little ghee and drink for reducing vayu.
