    2:40 गर्म, तीखी व खट्टी चीजें
    गर्म चीजें - जैसे मसाले मोटी इलायची , हींग , काली मिर्च, लाल मिर्च
    कई फल गर्म होते हैं जैसे - pineapple, kiwi , सूखे dry fruits ( भीगो के ले लो तो कुछ ठंडे हो जाते हैं )
    पान मसाला , तंबाकू , चाय कोफी सब गर्म हैं ।
    तीखी चीजें - थोङा बहुत पित्त बढाएंगी ही बढाएंगी जैसे अदरक, हींग, तीखी धूप
    क्रोध , तीखे रंग के कपङे पहनना ।
    खट्टी चीजें - आमलां नींबू ये सौम्य हैं चल जाएंगे , लेकिन खट्टी दही , खट्टी छाछ , खट्टी इमली , खट्टी चटनियाँआदि excess में खाई जा रही हैं ।
    भारी भोजन नहीं लेना , excess में नहीं खाना व ज्यादा भूखा भी नहीं रहना ।

    क्योंकि गर्म खाऊँ तो एसिडिटी होगी

    आचार्य जी नमस्ते मेरा सिर हमेशा दुखता है यहां पर दिखाया था वेद जी को तो उन्होंने बताया कि मुझे पित्त बढ़ जाता है अतः इसमें कौन सी दवाई लेना चाहिए कृपया यह वीडियो बनाए मेरा सिर पूरे समय दुखता रहता है और मुंह में पूरे समय लार भी आती रहती है

    Hot foods: black pepper, asafoetida, pineapple, kiwi, dry fruits, paan masala, tobacco, tea, coffee
    Spicy foods: ginger, spicy chutneys,sharp sunlight, anger, wearing bright clothes.
    Sour foods: Amla(gooseberry), lemons, curd, sour buttermilk, tangy tamarind, tangy chaat papri

    I eat 2 big bowl of raw salad- including cabbage, cucumber, bottle gourd and zucchini.. i eat it before having meal.. it helps a lot!!
