Imagine when you get to the end of PVZ 2, Zomboss pull out the old Zombot (which Zomboss says he rebuilt for "old times sake") and you use a combination of plants from every world while this jam plays.
I was really hoping this was the case when they released Modern Day, but unfortunately it wasn't. Honestly such a missed opportunity, it would have been the perfect finale for the game imo.

EA just made a news that: Modern Day boss stages have been remade. The used to be 3 boss stages are now just 1 stage, when you enter the stage. Zomboss will say something about using old tactic. And now you have to fight, Dr.Edgar Zomboss, on the roof, with his rebuilt Zombot. You will have to face off zombie from every world combined. At one point Zomboss will eventually spawn the old zombie (example: Zomboni, Dancer zombie, Javelin zombie, etc.). I did say that's the only time that EA actually make good stuff. Happy April Fool's Day (although very late)
If would have been so cool if the final boss of PvZ2 was instead a weird hybrid of a time travel machine with the original Zombot Imagine that they could have made it so you travel back to 2009 where PvZ2 Zomboss retreated and he teams up with PvZ1 Zomboss, where you would haft to fight both of them at the same time on the roof.
I have an idea that might work with your idea: you would also meet up with the crazy dave from the past, and here, he wouldn't have been captured by that plant-taking zombie, and then you and this Dave would fight together against the 2 zomboss, you using pvz2 plants and the other dave using pvz1 plants with the original pvz1 sprite. (The crazy dave would be controlled by a bot, with that thing that sends you plants that only he can use, and he would plant the plants automatically)
I love the usage of the instruments here, I see you added Jurassic Marsh' Cigar Box Guitar in it, good to see this masterpiece of yours remastered, keep up the good work dude! 😄👍🎶

As much as i love the pvsz 2 version of brainic maniac, and some people think the original brainic maniac from the first game is better, i still think this remix is fire!, and that's coming from someone who as a kid goes to the game and to the level just to listen to the music back in the day :)
With all due respect, and even though this version is awesome, I prefer the old one, that feels more unique in itself and has more of a final boss feel while still capturing the style of PvZ 2.
Honestly, I think it could tone it down with trying to shove so many things in at once, really makes it feel overly forced, but other than that, very good, and well done!

You know I've just thought of this right now, like just imagine in the final modern day battle you defeat the zomboss fight then all of a sudden he says his "usual" line and as he's about to finish he cuts himself off and says "haha just kidding" and opens a portal to the roof of 2009 and jumps in and pulls this out. Can we all just take a minute to feel bad for Zomboss being stuck with a Sports Fan Imp in the very fabrics of time, while also being farted on without a way to get rid of the stench?
The Ideal PvZ 2 ending IMO Zomboss makes a giant Zombot Time Machine and exclaims how you‘ve been a literal thorn in his side for long enough, and reveals why zombies are ending up in different eras. He’s been trying to take himself back in time to stop you before you beat him in the FIRST plants vs Zombies. Trying to complete his world conquest. Essentially with this beat in the background you would fight him in the worlds backwards order and end up on the roof in the last phase, taking him out with Re-Vamped PvZ 1 plants that never made it into the game on the conveyer belt. Giving closure to those who wanted those original plants back, and giving them a good use too! (Maybe work in the Gatling pea in the airplane like in the DSi Version too somewhere lol.) Either way, I think this’d be my dream version of this fight. It keeps Zomboss being a threat and gives him a solid reason to be fighting with the player instead of it just being him beefing with crazy Dave XD
This should have been the final battle of modern times in the second game and not the recycled boss of the distant future. Once again the community doing a great job, very good remix brother

It's canonical that Zomboss teams up with Past Zomboss in Garden Warfare 2 to take control of Suburbia, so this could've worked really well.
