The quickish explanation: Mark and Celine were married and lived in the manor. Later, Celine and the Colonel have an affair. Mark commits suicide, but the manor is cursed so he doesn't die. He ends up in this weird void for a while before waking up in his (still injured) body. He experiments (stabbed 37 times, drowned, poisoned, etc.) with the magic and comes up with a plan for revenge. Mark hosts a big party (Chapter 1) and rigs a game of Russian roulette to trick the Colonel into shooting him. The reasoning for this is complicated, but the rest of the revenge plot goes very wrong, especially with Celine showing up uninvited. By the end, the house has possessed Celine's body, Mark has possessed Damien's body, and Celine and Damien possessed our body to form Dark. We are left behind. Side note: Remember that the Colonel shot us in the evening and we came back to life in the morning. He watched our body and grieved all night, then we just got up like nothing happened. It drove him insane and he becomes Wilford Warfstache. I'd recommend "Wilford Motherlovin Warfstache" as a followup to this. DAMIEN is also very good. The music is called By Lake Surprise and it's a motif that began with Who Killed Markiplier. It seems to symbolize loss or the realization/acceptance of a terrible truth. It's like the G note of the Markiplier fandom and it was a total gut punch to hear it in Space, especially since Eningeer!Mark's apology could be interpreted as an apology from Actor!Mark for all the pain he caused in this series. 32:55 Well yes but not like that! They're twins. 39:45 Good catch! George is right that the house is cursed and since he hasn't been inside for 15 years, it doesn't respond to him saying murder.
So by the end off all this bs. Mark the Host in driving Damien's body, becoming Markiplier the Actor, Celine & Damien is driving "the Viewers" Body out for revenge, “Darkiplier” the Colonel going insane under the prospect that he's friends keep dying and coming back to life (Repeatedly) "becoming Wilford Warfstache” and that Voice at the end there is the Detective out to kill William, under the House's will.
I always thought Darkiplier was a demonic spirit trapping Celine and Damien in Mark's body with Mark in control the reason I always thought this is because Dark's grey that always seemed like a hint of him being a "walking corpse"
@@thomasharrington1477 Well considering the fact that the DA's body was shot and killed, and had it's neck broken from the fall off the balcony, I'd say it's probably not too far off to call it a "walking corpse". However, Celine and Damien are the ones piloting it, not the entity. It's like Damien is in the driver's seat controlling the body, Celine is in the passenger seat helping to figure out where to go/what to do, and the entity is in the back seat influencing the both of them slightly.
Nice. This lays the basis for many of marks personas. Inbetween the Who killed Markiplier Videos, he also released "Jim News" Videos, in which the reporter Jim secretely investigates around the mansion. I don't think they add much lore, but you might want to watch them anyways, idk.
@@BecauseBecaBeBeca Infact, before Markiplier decided to make it an origin story for his alter egos, he considered to make *JIM* the murderer, in desperation for a good news story!
The key bits you need to know, is most people believe at the end Mark is possessing Damien’s body, Damien and Celine both become Darkiplier in mark’s original body and the Colonel becomes Wilford Warstache.
You know Beca, if you go down the “Let Go” route, Mrs. Whitacre (the old lady) will say that the Captain reminds her of a friend who said “Life is our’s to choose”, tying her to Damien (the mayor in WKM)
Great thing about mark's lore is there is no strict timeline! Everything makes sense eventually as you watch each one. No matter the order. But you should watch date!
That song at 17:35. Mark heard it for the first time in a fan vid about him, & fell in love with it. Song's called "Who's There 2" & you can hear it somewhere in all of his work in and past WKM... (now to watch the rest of the vid =)
If you going down the rabbithole of videos, you should watch the followup videos to this: Corpse Abduction? Suspect with a shooty?! Demons Jim, demons! Dummy Jim reenacts grisly scene! Way shorter videos only at 2 min per, but hillarious
Haiiiii Becca, the main big projects go in this order (lore-wise): 1. WKM 2. ISWM 3. AHWM 4. ADWM - Damien and Wilford Motherloving Warfstache comes out after WKM, but before ISWM -Some events of ISWM and Wilford Motherloving Warfstache overlap -I clicked on the video as soon as I saw that someone was doing a fresh new reaction on WKM, hands down one of my favorite projects!!!!
@@LocalPixelArtist Well, not directly afterwards, but yes, It did take place after Damien. I would type out the timeline and everything but I've done that like 10 times for different videos and frankly, I'm tired
@@LocalPixelArtist Hey red, can we talk a bit later, It's quite late here, and I'm veryyy tired, but check back after a while, I'd love to discuss the MCU (Markiplier Connected/Cinematic Universe) with you :)
i’ve been watching all your markiplier reactions since space came out bc i love seeing people get into the “mcu” (markiplier cinematic universe lol), but i do just have to spoil one bit of info that doesn’t get revealed until the damien video. damien and celine are actually twins, it just kills me every time i see someone react to who killed markiplier and think that they have romantic interest in each other. no hate i just think it’s funny bc in my head i’m always like “noooo if only you knew” 😂 can’t wait to see more of your reactions!
Oh I never noticed the music, good catch! Poor William, he may have killed the District Attorney aka us but he didn't deserve the extra trauma of seeing "us" come back to life. (even though it was technically Darkiplier rather than us). Also, sidenote, I like that our canon name so far as I'm aware is literally "Your Name" (I noticed that for the first time when arrested in Heist, "And one Your-" cut off by the warden) It is very fitting for the D.A/Date/Heist Partner/Captain to be called Y/N given they are literally the viewer insert just like in reader insert fanfiction.
At 56:49 If you watch Damien next, It will explain about his sister. There's a line at the beginning of In space Part two, "Did she leave/abandon you? Or just move on? All a matter of point of view I suppose! hehehehehehe" It's totally refferencing the events of Damaien & explains everything.
17:35 yo this music is so iconic to who killed markiplier and the other two vids tied to wkm (Wilford and Damien). You have no idea how iconic it is to me so its funny seeing you recognize it from Space
It's so interesting comparing this with in space with markiplier, I can't wait to see what else Mark makes in the future because his stories are honestly really good also if I remember correctly there's a hidden side series that takes place during the events of who killed markiplier, it evolves news reporter Jim sneaking around the manor while the characters from this series do their thing, it doesn't really show any important lore but I remember it being funny (I don't remember how you find it tho :p)
I don't know if A Date With Markiplier has any lore but it's still pretty fun to play. I do know there is a Darkiplier appearance. Also thank you for the shout out.
The order is, 1: In Space with Markiplier Parts 1 & 2" 2: "Who killed Markiplier" 3: "Damien" 4: "Date with Markiplier" 5: "Wilfred Mother Lovin Warfstache" 6: "Markiplier TV" 7: "Heist with Markiplier" (Trust me. As far as I can tell, that's the ACTUAL TIMELINE. Once you think about it, it makes sense. Heist was like Warfstache's Tv show made real ! )
@@BecauseBecaBeBeca You can also watch Matpat's "Can we Trust him?" video. It covers much of the same. Also, if you find Darkiplier in "Heist" when he holds the box, it's ALREADY MISSING THE BLUE STONE !!!! Honestly, I think Darkiplier uses the blue stone to jump around timelines & universes, which would explain how he appears & dissapears in all of Mark's projects.
heist comes before date with markiplier because in the true end of heist he asks the viewer to go on the date and it links to date with markiplier. In space I personally think doesn't happen in any order it sort of happens outside of all the other universes while those are going on.
A Date with markiplier does have some stuff between warfstache and darkiplier. There's also some others that he has done like Jim News, Markiplier TV, Wilford Motherloving Warfstache, Damien, A Heist with Markiplier and In Space with Mark.
16:10 A little Fun Fact about the chef statue. During a stream, Mark broke down all the scenes, explaining what they had to change to fit their short schedule. The guy who plays the chef saw the statue and said "hey, hand me one of those wigs" and they put it on the chef statue. The reason I bring it up is because the statue was already on set when they arrived. Same thing with the suit of armor by the stairs, except the armor already had the mustache on it.
The production value difference of each production is a matter of youtube budget (WKM) and the now defunct UA-cam Originals (ISWM part 1 &2). In his 10 year celebration stream, Mark said he used up his contract to complete part 2. Might not sound ideal, but I don't think budget should stop Mark from doing his best. Like anyone. I will say I do enjoy how insightful you were about production elements both on screen and off.
The reason episode 2 links to episode 1 is because they were not all uploaded at the same time, so if someone watched 2 wondering what it was I think he links to ep 1 for context
I don't know if anyone's mentioned this yet, but I saw your videos on ISWM and I heard you watched Matpat's theory on part 1, so I thought I'd just inform you: Mat was right about Dorene being Celine. At least, conventionally. 7:26 Damien says "Life is ours to choose", which is one of the the Mark ego 'motifs about life' in this one. But, in ISWM part 2, if you let Mark go at the end, Dorene comes in and says she had a 'friend' (which she hesitates on because she doesn't want to say they were siblings, just to keep things more secretive) that used to say "Life is ours to choose". Funny, right?
Which is similar to here when Damien says to Celine "I already lost one friend today. I don't want to lose another." He's indirectly calling her his friend, even though they are siblings.
Some fun facts about this one: Chef's little buddy wasn't a prop brought by Mark, they found it at the house and worked it into the story The drinking scene foreshadows every major event in the entire project the Groundskeeper doesn't get the lightning when he says murder because he hasn't stepped foot inside the house for decades
A Date With Markiplier came first. You have successfully went completely backwards. Also, the piano track is also in Wilford 'MOTHERLOVING' Warfstache. It's the overarching theme of the MCU. (Markiplier Cinematic Universe) I'd recommend watching Damien after W'M'W. To put WKM as simply as possible, for future reference... The red-robed host is known as Actor Mark. The Colonel shot Actor Mark at the beginning on accident, because Actor Mark wanted him to. At the end, he also shoots you on accident, after purposefully shooting the Detective (Who's named Abe) in a blind rage. You come back to life in front of the Colonel. He goes insane, and becomes Wilford Warfstache. Damien, at some point after Actor Mark dies, gets possessed by Actor Mark. This makes Damien mad. Damien wants revenge. Same happens to Celine. They both, after you die, take control over your body. THIS is when you become Darkiplier. There. Simple. Also, I left out a lot of the minutiae of it all, because, as you'll learn, it's not important. Keep the videos uncut. It's nice.
Editing feedback (cause you asked): I would say some cuts would be cool and make for a smoother watching experience, however, don't over-do it. That'll take a lot of work and time, also, for this type of reaction content I don't think it needs it. One thing you could think of doing as well, and would make your videos come off a little bit more professional is to make cuts around when you open OBS. At least until you get another monitor. You could also take these as moments to take a small breather. Anyways, these are only suggestions, been liking the videos, keep it up! 😁
I rarely comment on videos but since you mentioned it on the start of the video here I am :) I really like these longer videos and i love watching you in general
10:18 Aw, it's cute you are trying to guess. But it's impossible to do so. I never would have guessed if I hadn't watched the 12 hour live stream where Mark breaks this down. Even then, I am confused.
Some feedback I would give is that when you pause the vid to talk, moving back 5 seconds with the arrow keys helps a lot, you’d be surprised how many reactors pause and unpause and they actually miss a lot/disrupt the flow of the video
Great little reaction video. You have some good editing skills. I think you should play indie horror games like BloodWash or puppet combo games. I think theyll perform well too as you grow. They make even do better than tje reaction videos. You have skills so you can apply them anywhere you want. Great video
Pause as much as you like, reactions are there to see reactions and not to see the original video Also, i personally think that everything of a reaction is interesting to someone, so I would prefer "uncut"
BECA! have you seen a Heist with markiplier and a date with markiplier? Edit: BONSERRR this makes me want my tea and you have a really big cup also it was the Colonel
I know I'm late to this, but I want to give you a complete explanation of the story as best I understand it that I have pre-written for moments just like this. Warning: Spoilers for WKM as well as a little bit of WMLW and Damien. Read the replies for the rest of it: IRL Mark explained that the house was connected to this other world that he nicknamed the Upside-Down where the house entity is from. People who are in the house will sometimes slip in and out of the Upside-Down for just a bit, allowing them to move to different places in the house almost instantaneously without anyone seeing them, and usually without them even realizing. This is why the Colonel just shows up suddenly without notice. This also happens several times to the audience's POV, the DA. For example, in Chapter 2 the DA and the Colonel were able to walk towards a window on the second floor and end up walking out of a door on the first floor. However, this is just scratching the surface of what the Upside-Down can do. Actor Mark (the character Markiplier in the lore, not the IRL Mark) and William grew up in the house together, and Damien was a good friend of theirs that came over to the house often. Damien's twin sister Celine eventually got married to Mark, and at some point in there Mark became friends with Abe as well. Damien met Y/N (the character whose point of view we are seeing in the series) when he went to university, and everybody would hang out to party. However, Mark and William started to drift apart, and Mark was a bit of an xsshole so Celine started not liking him either. Eventually she left him and ran off with William. Damien was swamped in work and was spending his free time hanging out with Y/N, not Mark. Actor Mark fell into depression, cutting himself off from everyone else, and eventually he killed himself. But he didn't die, he went to the Upside-Down, and he was able to get back into his body and be alive again. So he did it again, and again, and again, trying out different ways. He figured out how to use the Upside-Down to his advantage, though it broke his body in the process. This is where he meets the house entity. Well, it wasn't a face to face meeting, as the house entity isn't really a creature, more like an evil force with otherworldly powers and no corporeal form. But the entity was helping Actor Mark, showing him what to do and planting the seeds of a plan in his head. Mark decided he was going to frame his ex-friend for murder and steal someone else's body. So, he invited a bunch of friends over for a celebration (there was nothing to celebrate, it was just an excuse to get them all together) and promised lots of fun. This is the list of people in Who Killed Markiplier?: The people who were already at the house were: -The Actor (Mark) -The Chef -The Butler The people who were invited to the party were: -The Mayor (Damien) -The Colonel (William) -The Detective (Abe) -The District Attorney (Y/N, the viewer) The people who showed up later were: -The Seer (Celine) -The Groundskeeper (George) 1/4
So the party happened and everyone is playing poker and getting drunk. Then they play darts and get more drunk. Then they play Russian Roulette and get even more drunk. At some point there is mild drug use, and eventually the DA passes out. Damien helps them to their room and both of them go to bed. Presumably the butler and the detective also go to bed around this time. The chef had already retired to his room at 1am, so at this point the only people still awake are Mark and William. Mark brings the two of them to the wine cellar for another game of Russian roulette, but this time the Colonel is so drunk he doesn't notice when Mark loads the gun so it will shoot him. Mark shoots the blank at William, and then convinces him to shoot the gun back at Mark, killing him. That answers the question Who Killed Markiplier? It was the Colonel. Anyway William freaks out and brings Mark's body into the party room, and then he goes to bed. The next morning the DA finds the body and they start investigating. Everyone seems suspicious, and they overhear a fight between Damien and William about Mark being dead. Damien is trying to get William to care, and William is trying to get Damien to leave him alone so that he doesn't figure out that he killed Mark. The story he tells the DA is to try and get them to stop investigating for murder so they don't know he did it. The butler shows the DA that there was a broken bottle in the cellar. This is from when Mark and William were down there playing Russian Roulette. After some more investigating, Abe freaks out because Mark's body is gone. While Abe was stepping outside of the room to "take care of some personal business", Mark pulled his broken body into the Upside-Down. William overhears Abe telling the DA about the missing body, and when he shows up to the scene again he acts really suspicious about Mark's death. Abe and Y/N go to investigate Mark's bedroom for clues, and on the way Abe explains that Mark has been stabbed 37 times, poisoned, beaten, strangled, drowned, and shot. Everything he lists except for the last gunshot was self-inflicted during Mark's experiments with the Upside-Down, hence the need for a new body instead of this broken one. The last shot was of course the Colonel killing him, which makes sense because Abe said that was the last thing that happened to Mark's body. Because the Colonel has also lived in the house for basically his entire life, he too can use the Upside-Down to his advantage, though he doesn't realize because he doesn't understand it like Mark does. Thus, William is the one who suddenly appears places more often than anybody else. However, he is primarily using it to avoid Damien, as he still is afraid that Damien would be able to tell that he killed Mark. When Damien is approaching William and Y/N at the pool, William uses the Upside-Down to switch into swimming clothes and jump in the pool so that Damien can't find him. He does it again when he runs off into the grounds to "play golf" but instead uses the Upside-Down to get back into the house without Damien seeing him. 2/4
When Celine shows up (it is unknown why she came to the house at that moment), she figures out right away that something is wrong because whenever they say any form of the word "murder", lightning flashes. She recognizes it as relating to something powerful and evil in the house, but she doesn't know exactly what happened. Now, by the time Damien and Y/N met in university, Celine had already married Mark and thus she didn't really get the chance to spend time with the DA and doesn't know them very well. Thus when she needs someone to help her, she picks them since they are disposable in her eyes, instead of risking the life of her brother or herself. The séance shows Y/N different events that take place within the grounds of the house close to the time of the séance, though they are all a bit distorted. Fun fact: they used alternate takes of those scenes for the séance so it would seem off. Most notably is the scene where Abe is telling Y/N that Mark's body moved. In the actual episode you can see the Colonel in the upper right corner of the screen for a bit while the camera stays on the detective, but in the alternate take the camera pans up to look at the Colonel before panning back down to walk through the doorway. Damien insists on staying with Celine while everyone else goes to find George, because he's worried that something bad will happen to her. Celine doesn't want him to, but she reluctantly agrees. It turns out Damien was right to be concerned, but Celine was also right that he shouldn't have stayed with her, because during her second séance Mark and the entity attack them. They drag Damien's and Celine's souls into Mark's broken body in the Upside-Down, so they can't get back to the real world nor move around in the Upside-Down since the body they're in doesn't work anymore. Mark then takes Damien's body for himself and leaves the house, and the entity attempts to possess Celine's body. While this is happening, the rest of the group sans William are outside talking to the groundskeeper. He explains that he refuses to go in the house and hasn't been in there in 15 years. When George says the word "murder" no lightning strikes. This is because he hasn't been in the Upside-Down in a long time, but everyone else has been going in and out of the Upside-Down several times without realizing it in the past 2 days. That all makes more sense later. George seems to have figured out that the house has something evil in it, and the only reason he would go back in the house would be to stop the evil from getting out. As he is talking, the house suddenly bursts with energy. Everyone runs in and William wakes up and follows them to the séance room, where the entity is trying to possess Celine's body. After George closes and locks the séance room, the light goes out. It is unclear whether the possession was successful or not, and if it was, whether the entity left the house or not is also unknown. After everything that happened, the groundskeeper, butler, and chef all decide to leave the house, while the Colonel, the detective, and the DA decide to stay in the house. William runs off looking for his friends, and Abe follows him. Y/N hears what sounds like Celine whispering "Help!" but nothing is there. Then, they travel using the Upside-Down from the séance room to the investigation room. This is the first time the audience actually sees what people experience when traveling using the Upside-Down, but the DA shrugs it off and instead starts looking at everything in the room. Some of it looks like the detective's work, figuring out what happened to Celine when she ran off with William and keeping track of them, but some looks like the ramblings of a madman. This was part of what happened during Mark's depressive spiral, he was obsessing over Celine leaving him and blaming the Colonel for it. However, when William actually does show up and see the room, he assumes it was the detective plotting to kill his friends. He starts to go off the deep end a bit, angrily rambling about the detective and waving his gun around while he searches for him. Eventually, he and the DA find the detective outside of the séance room, and Abe and William confront each other with their guns drawn. William accuses Abe of killing everybody, and Abe accuses William of stealing his best friend's wife while also asking him for money. Before Abe can finish, however, William shoots him. The bullet goes straight through his heart and he drops to the floor. Y/N tries to grab the gun from William's hands, but in the ensuing scuffle they also get shot and fall off the balcony. William shouts, "It was an accident! I swear!" as they fall, but anything he says after that is cut off when they hit the ground. He goes into the séance room but only finds Damien's cane, as Damien's body is long gone with Mark piloting it. It is unknown what happened to Celine's body and Abe's body. William goes downstairs and sits on a bench next to Y/N's body while holding Damien's cane and grieves the loss of all of his friends. 3/4
Y/N finds themself in a black void in the Upside-Down next to Mark's body. They are approached by the red soul of Celine and the blue soul of Damien, who explain to them that Mark trapped the two of them in his broken body while he escaped in Damien's body. Celine seems more knowledgeable while Damien seems confused, and they tell Y/N that there is a way they can be revived: all three of them would go back to Y/N's body. Celine gives Y/N the choice, and they agree. Throughout all of this, there is an entity in the background of Celine's and Damien's voices, influencing what they say. It is unknown whether this is the same entity as before or a different one. Celine, Damien, and Y/N start to fade out of the void in the Upside-Down. After waiting 10 hours next to Y/N's body, William is surprised when they just stand up and start looking around. His brain tries to rationalize what just happened, and he comes to the conclusion that they weren't dead. He starts spiraling: Of course he wouldn't kill Y/N. He wouldn't kill anybody. They weren't dead. It was all a joke. Death is a joke. His friends are alive. Everything is fine. William starts to wander the house, looking for his friends. Y/N observes this spiral, and their body walks over to Damien's cane that William set on the table by the mirror and picks it up. They look in the mirror and crack their neck to set it because it was broken by the fall. Y/N's body walks away while Y/N stays looking in the mirror. At the end of Who Killed Markiplier?, this is where everyone is at: -The butler, the chef, and the groundskeeper left the house with no switches -Mark left the house in Damien's body -William stayed in the house with no switches -Celine's body may or may not have been possessed and/or left the house -Y/N is stuck in the house without a body -Celine, Damien and an entity are all in Y/N's body and stayed in the house -Abe stayed in the house and may or may not be able to access his own body After this, William and Abe went into the Upside-Down and the events of Wilford 'MOTHERLOVING' Warfstache took place there. The reason nothing makes sense in Wilford 'MOTHERLOVING' Warfstache was because nothing makes sense in the Upside-Down. Earlier, George was saying the word "murder" without lightning striking, because he hadn't been in the Upside-Down in at least 15 years. Being in the Upside-Down makes things weird and confusing, and after spending years inside of the Upside-Down, Wilford has figured out how to use that to his advantage. He doesn't understand why it happens, but he can do what he wants because of it. This ability carries over into the real world after a while, so though Wilford can't just straight up teleport in the real world, things that don't make sense seem to happen around him regardless. This only furthers his warped sense of reality, and makes him the hilarious yet ruthless and unremorseful person we see in things like Markiplier TV. The events of Damien either also took place in the Upside-Down, or in Damien's head (well, actually in the head of Y/N's body, since Celine was also there and they were sharing it). The end of it is what transforms Y/N's body from an amalgamation of souls into a single being: Darkiplier. It seems that Damien is mainly in charge, though he and Celine work together as a team now, instead of her doing everything while Damien stays cooped up in their head. It is still unknown whether they wear makeup because of Damien's choice, Celine's choice, or the entity's choice, but we do know that they have to apply it since we see that in the bloopers for A Heist with Markiplier. 4/4
You can do it like a long video like these ones and shorter ones when you want to its still going to get you views and sub's i enjoy your contact and both channels are doing well and we all love you becausebeca keep up the good work 😁❤
nope: Just Damien and Celine. the pair left "the Viewer" in the house, just see the end of WKM, it's vary clear that they abandoned us. & at some point Celine gave full control over to Damien near the end. it also make me believe that the fact that we died in the house, we could vary well be "Mark's Curse" always getting in his way with every "Adventure" kinda like the hero's ban in the Zelda franchise. We are Ganondorf, Mark is Zelda, & Dark is Link or something equivalent.
I love your videos! and every time I hear your intro you say you are making this video because... and I immediately think BECAUSEBECA! THATS WH- oh wait she said something else.
This was a pretty entertaining reaction to watch, I just suggest you cut down unnecessary bits like checking your phone, or cut the comment reading to a point where you explain what you understood
32:55 Well yes but not like that! They're twins.
39:45 Good catch! George is right that the house is cursed and since he hasn't been inside for 15 years, it doesn't respond to him saying murder.
Amazing summary
ah nice, I never truly understood why actor mark killed himself but now it makes sense
So by the end off all this bs. Mark the Host in driving Damien's body, becoming Markiplier the Actor, Celine & Damien is driving "the Viewers" Body out for revenge, “Darkiplier” the Colonel going insane under the prospect that he's friends keep dying and coming back to life (Repeatedly) "becoming Wilford Warfstache”
and that Voice at the end there is the Detective out to kill William, under the House's will.

@@thomasharrington1477 Well considering the fact that the DA's body was shot and killed, and had it's neck broken from the fall off the balcony, I'd say it's probably not too far off to call it a "walking corpse". @@BecauseBecaBeBeca Infact, before Markiplier decided to make it an origin story for his alter egos, he considered to make *JIM* the murderer, in desperation for a good news story!
Just so you know the house also makes up 1/3 of Darkiplier and may or may not be the warp core.
"Markiplier TV" is considered part of his lore, its fun and sweet with a whole bunch of mark's characters!
Very interesting!!
Great thing about mark's lore is there is no strict timeline! Everything makes sense eventually as you watch each one. No matter the order. But you should watch date!
That’s awesome!
That song at 17:35. Mark heard it for the first time in a fan vid about him, & fell in love with it.
Song's called "Who's There 2" & you can hear it somewhere in all of his work in and past WKM...
(now to watch the rest of the vid =)
If you going down the rabbithole of videos, you should watch the followup videos to this:
Corpse Abduction?
Suspect with a shooty?!
Demons Jim, demons!
Dummy Jim reenacts grisly scene!

Good to know!!
Haiiiii Becca, the main big projects go in this order (lore-wise):
1. WKM
2. ISWM
3. AHWM
4. ADWM
- Damien and Wilford Motherloving Warfstache comes out after WKM, but before ISWM
-Some events of ISWM and Wilford Motherloving Warfstache overlap
-I clicked on the video as soon as I saw that someone was doing a fresh new reaction on WKM, hands down one of my favorite projects!!!!
Markiplier tv is after Damien when willford asked Damien if he wanted to make a tv show. His only response was ok
@@LocalPixelArtist Well, not directly afterwards, but yes, It did take place after Damien. I would type out the timeline and everything but I've done that like 10 times for different videos and frankly, I'm tired
@@renashcroft8794 yeah I knew it took place after I just didn’t know when with warfstach not really sticking in any timeline
Also was the interview bot relevant?
Hahha thank you so much!!
How dare you use the MCU joke without crediting matpat and his coverage (jk btw)
The origin of Darkplier is explained better in "Demian" you should also react to that after Wilford motherloving warfstash!
You have no idea how iconic it is to me so its funny seeing you recognize it from Space
buckling up for the long haul of binging all your Markiverse reactions, absolutely loving your energy so far
Thank you so much!
It's so interesting comparing this with in space with markiplier, I can't wait to see what else Mark makes in the future because his stories are honestly really good
also if I remember correctly there's a hidden side series that takes place during the events of who killed markiplier, it evolves news reporter Jim sneaking around the manor while the characters from this series do their thing, it doesn't really show any important lore but I remember it being funny (I don't remember how you find it tho :p)
if you want there is also miniseries with Jim character who recording around the house and try to investigate this mistery :)
DEMONS, JIM! DEMONS!
Good to know!
32:54 yeah, Celine is Damien’s sister, so there pretty close
Plz don’t cut up the videos it’s really fun to watch them in a long session
Thank you for the feedback!
I don't know if A Date With Markiplier has any lore but it's still pretty fun to play. I do know there is a Darkiplier appearance. Also thank you for the shout out.
You’re welcome!!
The order is, 1: In Space with Markiplier Parts 1 & 2" 2: "Who killed Markiplier" 3: "Damien" 4: "Date with Markiplier" 5: "Wilfred Mother Lovin Warfstache"
6: "Markiplier TV" 7: "Heist with Markiplier" (Trust me. As far as I can tell, that's the ACTUAL TIMELINE. Once you think about it, it makes sense. Heist was like Warfstache's Tv show made real ! )
That’s crazy but really cool.
So from what I can tell the automated interview isn’t part of the timeline?
heist comes before date with markiplier because in the true end of heist he asks the viewer to go on the date and it links to date with markiplier.
I have done a Heist and In space so far! :) Wilford reaction will come out tomorrow and I am excited to do the rest!

A little Fun Fact about the chef statue.
I don’t know how I ended up here, but your channel seems super chill! I love all of Mark’s videos they’re super enjoyable
I don’t know how either but I am happy you’re here!!!
That makes sense. And Thank you!!
You've got a few more things to watch. I highly recommend you save "Wilford Motherloving Warfstache" last, because I honestly think its a masterpiece.
Coming Friday :)
her: ooo~ they have a thing( at Celine and Damien)
me: nooooooo there siblings you cant do that(internally crying in pain)
To be fair I was right about them having a history!! Hahaha!
@@BecauseBecaBeBeca true true😂
He explained the plot in the behind the scenes in like 2 minutes
You need to react to Wilford Motherlovin' Warfstache and Damien. Maybe both in one reaction!
The reason episode 2 links to episode 1 is because they were not all uploaded at the same time, so if someone watched 2 wondering what it was I think he links to ep 1 for context
14:23 I love that you went with, "the butler did it." For a little bit there.
18:20 Mark uses this music at some point in A heist with Markiplier too. He just likes the music.
Wilford motherloving warfstache is my personal favorite before in space with markiplier came out
Notice how good Mark made the series, for parts 1-3, I expected it to be your run-of-the-mill Agatha Christie-esch country manor murder mystery!
Some fun facts about this one:
Chef's little buddy wasn't a prop brought by Mark, they found it at the house and worked it into the story
The drinking scene foreshadows every major event in the entire project
the Groundskeeper doesn't get the lightning when he says murder because he hasn't stepped foot inside the house for decades
A Date With Markiplier came first. You have successfully went completely backwards.
Also, the piano track is also in Wilford 'MOTHERLOVING' Warfstache. It's the overarching theme of the MCU. (Markiplier Cinematic Universe)
I'd recommend watching Damien after W'M'W.
It's nice.
Thank you for this!!!
@@BecauseBecaBeBeca No problem. I hope to see more from you, no matter what it may be.
It should be noted that the entity is also inside Darkiplier.
Glad you finally are doing this. I love this series
I am loving it as well!!!

Editing feedback (cause you asked):
I would say some cuts would be cool and make for a smoother watching experience, however, don't over-do it.
Wilford motherloving warfstache is what comes next I think not including space and heist the Damien should be next
Yes I'm glad you are reacting to this series.
Some feedback I would give is that when you pause the vid to talk, moving back 5 seconds with the arrow keys helps a lot, you’d be surprised how many reactors pause and unpause and they actually miss a lot/disrupt the flow of the video
56:39 if it’s anything like the game theory song then I’m super excited
Great little reaction video. You have some good editing skills. I think you should play indie horror games like BloodWash or puppet combo games. I think theyll perform well too as you grow. They make even do better than tje reaction videos. You have skills so you can apply them anywhere you want. Great video
Pause as much as you like, reactions are there to see reactions and not to see the original video
Also, i personally think that everything of a reaction is interesting to someone, so I would prefer "uncut"
BECA! have you seen a Heist with markiplier and a date with markiplier?
Edit: BONSERRR this makes me want my tea and you have a really big cup also it was the Colonel
Yes! I posted my reaction to a Heist with Markiplier within last week and they are up on my channel! ☺️
I know I'm late to this, but I want to give you a complete explanation of the story as best I understand it that I have pre-written for moments just like this. Warning: Spoilers for WKM as well as a little bit of WMLW and Damien. Read the replies for the rest of it:
IRL Mark explained that the house was connected to this other world that he nicknamed the Upside-Down where the house entity is from.
This is the list of people in Who Killed Markiplier?:
The people who were already at the house were:
-The Actor (Mark)
-The Chef
-The Butler
The people who were invited to the party were:
-The Mayor (Damien)
-The Colonel (William)
-The Detective (Abe)
-The District Attorney (Y/N, the viewer)
The people who showed up later were:
-The Seer (Celine)
-The Groundskeeper (George)

At the end of Who Killed Markiplier?, this is where everyone is at:
-The butler, the chef, and the groundskeeper left the house with no switches
-Mark left the house in Damien's body
-William stayed in the house with no switches
-Celine's body may or may not have been possessed and/or left the house
-Y/N is stuck in the house without a body
-Celine, Damien and an entity are all in Y/N's body and stayed in the house
-Abe stayed in the house and may or may not be able to access his own body
After this, William and Abe went into the Upside-Down and the events of Wilford 'MOTHERLOVING' Warfstache took place there.
It is still unknown whether they wear makeup because of Damien's choice, Celine's choice, or the entity's choice, but we do know that they have to apply it since we see that in the bloopers for A Heist with Markiplier.

nope: Just Damien and Celine. the pair left "the Viewer" in the house, just see the end of WKM, it's vary clear that they abandoned us. & at some point Celine gave full control over to Damien near the end. it also make me believe that the fact that we died in the house, we could vary well be "Mark's Curse" always getting in his way with every "Adventure"
