@@MMMcafe_ro HI! I'm actually thinking if buy one gaggia mini is a good idea for me or not since is not so expensive machine here in Spain ... I'm not sure if i can clean/little restore because I never do it but ... I can´t find some info maybe you know ... You know if it's easy to find new or compatible portafilters for this machine? Also I'm a little confused becaus I see some models with the accessorie for milk frothing? ... so theres some model with presurized tank? Thanks!
Yes, I encourage you to buy one. But looking for a complete one with the original portafilter. Spare parts can be found in Germany and Italy. But more than the espresso machine you will need an good grinder coffe and fresh roasted coffe . That steam accessory doesn't help me, and I don't think it's too useful...
@@MMMcafe_ro thanks :) I have a df64 grinder (g-iota) ... Good for espresso I hope! And the coffee is not a problem now there's a lot of good coffee roasters here
Marin this is an Incredibile flow. Does it taste so good as it looks ? 😊 Best I have seen so far in this maschine. How hard is to reach this ? Really curios how Is in terms of repeatability with same coffee variety and same grind, is it reproductibile ? What about a new coffee variety and different releasing of the lever for exemple if you apply more pressure on the realese which should increase the brew pressure , does that influence the result - taste , crema , flow , ? Is it hard to find the sweet point ? Did tried different variety Africa and Sud America and different style of brew - with or whitout preinfusion, different lever behavior ( manualy adjusted on the lever realese and normal just the spring does that job ( dual spring in your case because you attached a second spring as you already posted ) ? And most importantly how is it compared to a La Pavoni Europicolla and compared to a classic automatic maschine with pump and single boiler for home use - with the simple pump- , in terms of taste, and crema ( taste is personal but tell us if you like it better 🙂) ? Maybe you can also share What you don't like about the model. Thx 😊
Hi Calin! Thank you very much for your appreciations, I can say that YES the taste is as good as it looks, in the video it was about single Origin Kenya. But on all the origins it comes out pretty much as well and I consume about 12 to 15 origins from all continents. What do I say... Coffee matters a lot how fresh and soluble it is. The sweet spot is not hard to find (for me at least) , Without extra spring you can not do what you see. I have many types of Espressomaschine but this is the favorite and I drink at least 3 espressos every day, It tastes special. The other Espressomaschine remained for decoration.... ...
Oh wow you put some serious work in to that mate! Nice job 🎉

Yes, it's ok df64 if you "hit" an aligned one.

What glue did you use for sticking the upper boiler part? Is it tight?

Ciao di che grado di macinatura usi il caffè?
Saluto. Utilizzano lo stesso grado di macinatura che si adatta al gruppo E61 - 9bar pressione.
