Great video Adam @apoutdoors nice buck I been out there three days it’s scary stuff it’s so dry and dusty where I’m at haven’t seen anything yet hopefully soon and rain
I’m new to Washington and got a Vail motorized permit. Haven’t hunted or scouted out there yet. Are there elk and black bear on the property? If not, where are my best chances for those? Great video and nice buck.
Hey nice deer I have a few questions I'm new to hunting in washington went last year up in the green water area saw nothing was wondering if you have any areas to go to not asking for your secret spot just some gmus that might be a better chances then that area was looking at the 505 unit but I'm not sure
505 looks like alot of private property. I hunt 667 capital peak alot. 510 and 654 are good areas. Just keep at it get to know a area. Try not to jump around to much. Good luck blacktail can be tough.
Lol. Love the sarcasm. But no, I flat out missed that deer. All i could see of the deer was head and neck. Found the bullet in the liver with a different caliber bullet.
@@apoutdoorsPNW Do you have to purchase a permit key to access the property. I bought Campbell Global Snoqualmie but it's closed until further notice due to Loch Katrine Fire 🔥

It was open to the public when I was younger. Then it went to weekends only. Now you have to pay for any use of the property. I was referring to back when it was open to the public. But yes you can camp if you pay for it.
Right, with motorized permit. Walk-in is day use only, so you can't camp with a walk-in permit. But either way, you have to pay. It's not open to the public like it used to be. Back when anyone could camp.

I used to hunt Vail back in the 90's... Tagged out a few times there... Hunted in a big windstorm & 4 out of 5 of us tagged out that day by noon
I grew up hunting Vail for blacktail. Hunting storms are the best for blacktails.

recreation.weyerhaeuser.com/Leases/Search. The Name of the property is Vail Tree Farm.
omg , nice deer however anything after 2 shots its time to wall mount the hunter . lol
I was hunting up there last year on veil tree farm. And the same thing happened to me in the same exact area

Just hold it tight to your shoulder and shoot it as often as you can.
@Daniel Nelson nope. Wrong scope on it. 1.5” eye relief. Fuck that. Not on the 7mm rem mag.
Look it up my friend. Bullets do rise that's why if you shoot at 50 yards you want to be low on the target and be on at 100 yards.
