While I know why I wish Noel was more popular throught the tournament players. Her Drive is really fun to watch and as a Noel main I always want to learn more tech

Noel was one of the characters gutted as the game progressed. Kinda like Tsubaki, she used to have very solid and reliable tech back when she had her 22B loops but had it all dialed back and never really recovered. Her CP redesign also forced her even more into the speedster role but she lacked the ability to keep opponents in her loop like say Taokaka or Valkenhein could.
