My son is special needs and he loves trains 🚆🚃🚄🚅🚇🚈🚉🚊🚝🚞🚋🛤🚂 especially Alco's like that one and the Durango & Silverton narrow gauge railroad. He also would like like for the line between Chama and Durango to be rebuilt and used again as well as the Rio Grande Southern lines but he does not want that to be wishful thinking he wants it to be a reality! He really believes that if those lines were rebuilt the Durango & Silverton and Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroads would increase and give their passengers a change of scenery.

I've said it before, but I'm so glad these beautiful machines went to a good home. I know people were complaining that these aren't steam locomotives. They are Alcos. Therefore, they are honorary steam locomotives! ...and just listen to that rumble!

Glad to see an ALCO in the fleet, they're great heritage units in their own right.

I hear there is another 3' narrow gauge railway. This one is in California that serves a quarry

I see 103 has finally gotten repainted, it was still in it’s WP&Y colors when I saw it last summer.

This is awesome, it's too bad they couldn't pick up some ex-Canadian National NF210's from South America while they're at it.
