Carrie I would love if you posted a video all about songs you love for different moods! Cooking, relaxing, fun, cleaning, gardening etc. I think it would a lot of fun!
Coconut oil made for cooking can clog pores! It is not molecularly small enough to penetrate the skin so it actually just sits on top and creates a barrier

This was something I noticed too! Appreciate the video, but for me as someone who has acne prone skin coconut oil is not the best oil for the face as it is comedogenic and can clog the pores. I would try an oil that is non pore clogging. Grapeseed and jojoba and many others work well and are safe for the face.

LOVED this video!! I feel like every single one of your videos lately speaks right to my soul. Also, I'd love to see a video about how you started incorporating movement into your routine after hating working out - I really struggle with that haha. I really love how you encourage "movement" instead of something like a powerful workout - that is such a great mindset to have.
It's funny how you talk about encouraging no technology in the morning which is something I practice as well most of the time with the only exception being if I'm ever feeling a little extra deflated and I want something soul enriching, I come and watch one or two of your videos and then log right off the computer!! One thing I ALWAYS struggle with is resisting the urge to scroll fiest thing in the morning. I'm almost ashamed to put it into words like this, but literally checking Insta stories is the first thing I do when I wake up every morning. I start in bed and then keep going over breakfast, every day. I don't know how to break that habit... I know I do it because I enjoy it, and I love seeing what my favorite content creators (including you!) have posted since the night before, but I know it's ultimately not the best thing to do. I'd appreciate any practical advice on how to break this habit!
I completely understand and it takes time to let the habit go. My fiancé, @alexthevagabond just posted a video yesterday about breaking the habit!

I'm currently under recovery from low back pain. It's very hard for me to eat "healthy" since I don't burn calories, and I try to stick to low carb for a while. Nevertheless, this video was very beneficial and thank you!
I appreciate the sentiment, but if you’re eating a balanced diet, you don’t have to supplement vitamin C or mostly any vitamin. a couple of snacking peppers and some kale will probably put you over for the recommended daily value for vitamin C intake. if I recall correctly, it’s also a vitamin that isn’t stored by the body, so you expel the extra through urine.
edit: as mentioned in another comment, coconut oil can cause a giant host of problems for a lot of people on their skin (mostly the face). again, I appreciate you trying to give ideas to make people happier, but please do your research when it comes to health.
Coconut oil is so great for my skin, and excess vitamin c, as you said, isn't stored. So what's the harm taking it daily, for the days you don't have enough. It's not dangerous.
I think she just says what she does and for some people these things are correct, you can't always just say things that applies for every single person because that's just not how health works.
Re: Food: I just finished studying the gut microbiome, food is not just ingredients it's information that translates into health and wellbeing or sickness.

Love your videos, but most women I know have tons of responsibility with work, children or older parents that need care, I’m glad you have a job that you can read in bed or do yoga in the morning and get quiet time but many women are just running all the time, I wish I scratched off your winning lottery ticket of a life with a huge yard in California where picking kale is a thing. Spreading positivity and love is so important but you life just appears to be too amazing for me to realize. I love all your ideas and wish you well❤️

Hi! I absolutely love your videos and the messages you send but I just wanna let you know coconut oil on face skin is not a great idea!! It’s really clogging for your pores! Although it may work for some I wouldn’t recommend it as a skin care secret for everyone cause it can cause issues for some! But if you want that same feeling without the fear of clogged pores you should try cerave healing ointment!! It’s amazing
But coconut oil on the rest of your body is amazing and fine to do! The skin on your face and body are different and need to be treated as so! Seriously get cerave healing ointment it will change your life
