Saw this vid pop up yesterday as soon as I opened youtube, had my test this morning and passed first time with 3 minors! Thanks for the videos as they were a huge help. Gonna join the passed but still watching club finally :)
3:45 so should she have merged right later? What would happen if she wasn't able to get onto the right side in time (you can see its congested) would she have failed?
I agree with this I don't see how that I'd a major as she did it in good time it was congested if she kept in the left lane she wouldn't have had space to move over to the right I think if I had failed on that I'd think they was joshing me I'd have been pissed
I've been watching the videos since I turned 18 in April and I would see everyone else passing and would feel quite envious. I'm not sure how it works in the UK but here in South Africa you have to pass a "learners" test before being able to drive (while accompanied by a licensed passenger). I got my learners license last month, started my driving lessons last week and my instructor told me that I was already fit to take the test. A week later and I now have my driver's license! Big thanks to you and your helpful videos!
i failed my test in the end i had 3 min left. but in the end i took this as a positive experience and i count this like a pass because i manage to get so far since i started learning, it gave me a lot of positive energy and confidence. if you don't feel 100% confident but i think you still have to go and have that experience even if you might fail that test. obv if you doing serious mistakes regularly then don't go, I'm sure most driving instructors will know when you are ready. test really puts your nerves on the test and that is good exp, only problem is that its hard to get tests this makes everything 100% worse.
@@reboot1337make sure you have the testi app, I paid a fiver for it and booked a test for January 2024. Got a cancellation a week after having the app for yesterday and passed first time trying :) good luck!

It's because she got caught behind cars that were turning right when she was supposed to turn right at the next set of lights not those ones. This also let to another fault where she ended up blocking a crossing.
Really do like and appreciate the videos but I'm a bit unsure as to why some of these are serious faults?, to me some don't seem bad at all as are done safely ( 3:40 - as she checks mirrors / the blocking of the crossing fair enough but I thought as long as you drive safely no matter if you choose somewhere wrong to go it doesn't matter?? ) and I thought 5:00 wasn't justified as undue hesitation as he was about to go but the other driver went? could have caused a crash and if anything it's safer to wait Please tell me or let me know if anyone disagrees with this as I'm genuinely trying to do some research for my test in April and some of what I see in this video doesn't feel like it should be a serious
I failed my first test where I drove well, second test pissing down with rain worst I’ve drove in a long time, mounted the curb AS I LEFT THE TEST CENTRE PULLING OUT thought I’d failed, examiner told me to slow down as we were approaching a speed change area (the 30 sign was covered by bushes) but I drove through the 30 at 36! Thought I failed, probably should have failed but decent examiner and passed! 8 minors.
@@PatBirdUK Yeah, I almost failed because of that reason... I recommend every learner to bring a hip flask with strong liquor to be able to keep calm throughout the whole test.
That was horrendous really. she could have hit the lorry if pin didn't intervene. The fact that she got a serious fault while driving straight shows how bad it is
