    do you also reduce the centurion fluidics settings once you have a capsular rent? what are the optimal settings at that point, given that you still have some nuclear material left

    Very nice video with guidance sir. Just a small query that do you do peripheral iridectomy may be a small one in such cases? At times although with good vitrectomy some strands of vit may cause block.

    If the posterior capsule has a large tear and an anterior vitrectomy is necessary do you always insert a sulcus fixated lens or do you sometimes place an anterior chamber iol?

      If there is sufficient support for a sulcus IOL then that is preferable.
