Actually, if you use oscilloscope, maybe you can observe that the light momentarily uses huge amount of current while turning on triggering the protection. That's why it doesn't turn on

I have BMS 3S 10A connected with 3 pieces of 18650 batteries. On output I'm getting 10.5V total. But the batteries are not charging. And the batteries are new (refurbished). BMS was not active yet while I was connecting the batteries (B+, B1, B2 ...) and I didn't know that I have to follow the order from B- to B+, so I'm not sure what did I connect first. What could be a reason for batteries not charging? The BMS or the batteries?

Agar apne 3000 mah ka karte to wo 6 amp output dega (2 battery in parallel ke hisab se)
Apka battery capacity apne bole nahi
baki sab apne bshut achhe se explain kiye hai

BMS with balancing feature have 2X times peak current rating. Like 3S 40Amp BMaS with balancing. Possible to make bike battery with that. Here you can measure the cold resistance of bulb with DMM and determine inrush current it would take.

I made a circuit, with (3 Batteries 2000AH + 10A BMS & XL6009) - output set to 12V & working fine. But, the battery voltage is dropping automatically even if the input voltage is ON fed by a 12V adapter of original Nokia/Airtel router. At start it was 11.5, now it is 10.6, still observing it. May be the output will become off aftersome more time. Why the battery voltage should drop instead of increasing ?? Where could be the problem ?? Please advice.

First why u need a booster module if it's same as input power. From bms the xl6009 circuit must be with diode, then output of xl6009 to load. That xl6009 is culprit

Can you give a good 3s bms link which have all of this protection but the battery pack should cut of when any of the cell touches 3v because below 3v is completely over discharge which can easily affect battery life span so I don't recommend this bms

Brother i created a battery pack with 6s BMS and 2p and 6s lithium batteries, i have tried different types of bms available, mosfet and ic dono but na hi auto cut ho raha hai charging pe and na hi discharge pe, voltage output sahi ata hai lekin cells na hi balance charge hote hai na hi balance discharge, please help

मैने 3s2p बैटरी पैक बनाया है।लेकिन जब डिस्चार्ज होता है तो बैटरी पैक खोलकर देखना पड़ता है क्यू की वोल्टेज आउटपुट 7.3 बताता है लेकिन डायरेक्ट बैटरी टर्मिनल पर 10.5 volt,charge करने से भी वोल्टेज नही बढ़ता ।कभी कभी हो जाता है।यही bms है अमेजन से लाया हू
