I always get excited when Ronnie releases something because you never know what it will sound like. Such a good sound, talented members, Ronnie always hits it right 😍
Obviously this is a song about "cancel culture," which I thought was pretty goofy at first, but the more I think about it the more I like it. Ronnie is someone who has had a very difficult past, and has put in a LOT of work to become a better person than he once was. More than most people, he's probably had tons of moments where he's been shut down or criticized for what he's done in the past, even though that past self is a person he deliberately chooses to not be anymore. He chooses to live a better life, yet people still treat him as the person he used to be in spite of all his work and effort to change that person. I feel for the guy, he just wants to be better and nobody in this world allows a person to improve anymore. Once you mess up, it's all you're ever seen as.
No one is even trying to cancel him. He committed a felony, he is a felon. The only people trying to cancel him is the government, and besides some occasional teasing, because he’s- once again- a FELON, people barely say anything about him.

Edit: At some point having a platform and making so many publically shameful mistakes all on display and not having enough self control and maturity is gonna bite you in the ass. Listen I don't care if you like Falling in Reverse, I still like some of their older stuff, but man, it's getting harder and harder to like it anymore. Also, I'll keep saying it, the breakdown to Zombified goes around the same formula as Popular Monster. Ronnie bragged for months about the popularity of that song (ngl it's a good song) but he's milking that cow dry if this is what the rest of FIR new tracks are gonna sound like it's getting old real quick. I guess he's on that grind 😆 Zombified is Popular Monster II & he failed miserably.

He wasn’t some sad man who was framed for a crime, he was caught red handed in a gang fight while in probation for a drug-related incident. Why are you defending a felon? What do you gain for defending someone who is whining about being cancelled for committing a felony?
