The medium of ASMR and the inherent nature of this craft go hand in hand. How deliberate and intricate each movement and each decision is lends itself to a kind of ASMR I’ve never seen before.

I have been tying flys for 24 years. I tie flys to fish with. The flys that u tie they belong in a showcase or on a stamp, visa, or Mastercard. There beautiful 😍
You have a great asmr voice. Have you considered doing a no music, soft spoken explanation of what you're doing with what materials? Regardless this channel is amazing. You do some really impressive stuff!
I looked away for just a few minutes, opened my eyes again and thats a whole damn real fly wow wtf. This is incredible. Ive never fly fished before, only "normal" and i really want to just to try these beauties!
This one was so good! I have a question- why do you start with the coiled wire when you end up covering it up? Does it help the other parts to grip on or something like that

Yes, I typically pull out extra thread for grip and so that I can be sure the thread used on the fly is fresh and not shredded in any way 😊

Great question!! The silver/grey lead-free wire at the beginning is added for extra weight to help the fly sink to the desired depth 💙
