Pancho's is amazing. The line moves quickly, and it's worth the wait. Order a plate of 4, and it's more than enough food for the hungriest person. You could use 4 additional tortillas for all the meat they pile on their tacos. You can order with cheese. Every time I am PV, Panchos is my 1st stop. Any place that has a line of locals from the minute they open @ 4p until they close has to be delicious. I've had the steak and the chicken and both are top notch as well, but pastor is their specialty. 🤙✌️❤️🇲🇽
I am planning a vacation soon in Vallarta and your video was very helpfull. Jillian and Jeremy, you are doing a great job and I truly like your positive attitude... Good vibrations!! Now I really can't wait to be there.
Thank you so much Francois!! We’re so happy to hear that! You are going to love it! This place is simply amazing! We’ll be putting another few videos out from PV, so stay tuned!
We LOVE that taco shop. You look like such a fun couple exploring Vallarta. The next time you come, look us up. You will find us on the Malecon wearing blue angel hats and helping people in person and for free on the phone in English! We would love to do a TACO CRAWL with you guys. My wife Monse agrees :D
Hey Jillian and Jeremy, thank you for an awesome video! I'm half Mexican and will be visiting for the first time next week and I always feel a bit overwhelmed with all the choices. Both of you did and amazing job highlighting some of the key differences between these choices.
Hey Anibal!! Thank you for watching, and for your thoughtful and sweet comment!!! We are right there with you with being overwhelmed in a new place...and you made our day to know we helped cut some of that angst. Have a terrific trip and we hope to "see" you around again soon! ;-) -jillian
That corner you were on with the mercado and the sudadero tacos is also where you get the best BIRRIA tacos here! but only until 1pm and they are sold out.
Awesome video Jillian and Jeremy!! Great reviews of all those places. I hopefully will get to PV eventually and be able to try them all. Peace and Calm. 👍🏻😎🇨🇦
Hey Gerald! As always, thanks for stopping by! Glad you liked the video. Man, those tacos were soooo good! You definitely gotta get down here some day! Peace!!!
@@unclemel8276 I look fat. LOL. I’ve been going too crazy with the junk food, since being able to eat like a normal human again. I gotta cut back. Lol. Thanks for the good words my brother!
@@sikimagery You are enjoying life brah! I rather see you with some weight on. Rather than being laid up in bed with pain! Just stay away from that dang on salt
Hey Brian! Thanks for watching. We are SO happy you agree with Sonoritas - YUM!!!! I've heard the best Marlin tacos are either Mariscos La Tía, OR, Tacón de Marlin, but we haven't tried either. Let us know what your fav was!
That place was probably our first favorite…but to be fair, they were only the 2nd place we tried. Good flavors there…but we went back a second time, and they’re definitely inconsistent. That being said, there’s no way we’d turn it down.
And you missed the best of the best. El Fogoncito in Bucerias. Just a little north of PV. The tacos al pastor are so good, when the food comes to the table, all conversation stops. It's that good. Bucerias is a hidden food gem.
Awww man! We wish we would have known! We certainly would have gone. Although this was more focused on the immediate PV area (since all of the places we went to were mostly within walking distance), but it was also based on Facebook polls in the PV groups. So it really must be a hidden gem for no one to have brought it to our attention. Damn! Well, another reason to come back! Cheers man! Hope you’re well!
Solid choice - they were our top 5. I think the hype with Pepe's is the amount of meat you get compared to, say, El Carboncito. But taste is subjective!! Appreciate the comment and so sorry for the slooooowwww response. We are just getting back and running on this channel.
Thanks for watching!! This was Tacos Huichos II in Aurora, and you are right, only open at night!! During the day a different stand operates there and offers birria, if I remember right. Enjoy!!
Okay NO, cheese does NOT belong on a pastor taco!! 🤨😜 The song playing in the background you must have memorized by now with all the time you've spent in Mexico :) Experienced hot weather people with putting the napkin in the Coke bottle! Jillian your yummy face is priceless. So are volcánes native to PV? I've never seen cheese served with pastor. I don't like pastor that's been cut then put on a grill to keep it hot, it dries out. Heyyyy, I've been to Tuna Azul too! Look at the subs guys, almost 1000! - Anne
Hi Anne!! The cheese was a first for us, and apparently the "volcanes" (w/ cheese) are a local fav here. Tuna Azul had a great vibe and tasty "poke" style dish called montadito. And CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?!? Almost at 1K!! So excited and grateful ;-)

Thanks, Tammy! Hmm, can you give us an example so we can understand if it was our editing style or a technical glitch? Appreciate you watching and the feedback! We are definitely not pros but working really hard to get there!! Thanks and take care. - Jillian
@@jillianandjeremy for some reason the video showed you in very slow stilled motions sometimes when you were eating and showing the spice levels. Maybe it was an editing thing, but other than that my wife and I just enjoyed the content. We heard Panchos was good and they have long lines.
