Hellhole Waterfalls 2022

Ivins Utah comes alive during downpours. The red cliffs present the perfect opportunity for the creation of massive waterfalls of close to 1000' tall. Hellhole Canyon, near the Kayenta community, is well-known for some of the most beautiful of these waterfalls.

What is the height of the largest falls .I was out there the other day, and guesstimate 500'.

I don’t know but I’m pretty sure it is closer to 1000’

When are the best time to go? For water to actually be there.

During heavy rainfall storms. I’d suggest getting there during the storm. Watch the radar and try to arrive an hour before the storm will leave that location.
