Its like a time lapse film of what a glacier does and always amazes me that pushing that amount of debris in front of it that the damage done is not more. The momentum gathered and rubbish pushed along is truely alarming at times, so i find it easy to imagine a glacier doing the opposite, moving imperceptibly and grinding the ground with its own debris forming fiiords or valleys in their wake. That was so close to clogging, actually I think it would've overflowed just from the flow resistance bringing the level up. If that overflows and you're standing on it, you can't run fast enough.

Why would you stand on a road as a flash flood comes through? I've seen plenty of strong asphalt roads torn apart by flash floods, and when it goes it just colapses.
The video ends where Post 10s video begins lol. Look at it overflow towards the road, and the debris build up and steady flow finally overwhelmed the culvert. Madness.

These people are nuts. I've seen the road bed around the culvert give way from flash floods smaller than this. Imagine you're standing on that bridge and it collapses and you end up in that rolling meat grinder. Get up that hill and use your zoom, that's what it's for.

As someone who doesn't live in an area where flash flooding occurs, it's amazing to see this. I now understand how dangerous flash floods can be.
Crazy how silent it is as it approaches. If you were say, camped and sleeping, you would never hear it coming.
