The manga's pretty damn good. The fact that they actually give characters the chance to shine despite not showing up in like, 40 years or so in the last 10 years of this run is amazing, and even losing they get to look cool, even the goddamn urinal.
This is going to be kind of corny but I just want to thank Sajam and crew. As a dedicated submitter to the show, I half-jokingly made a goal to get at least one clip featured in every WIK for 2022. I noticed I had a fairly decent record getting clips in so I figured why not. And well...whether due to luck or you guys just humoring me, it happened. There were some skipped months but still...wow. Overall, I managed to get 23 clips featured on the show, plus 1 half-time inclusion. My personal best for a single WIK was getting 5 clips in...and that happened twice somehow. I was not expecting to do that well. Honestly, I feel like I should apologize to everyone involved in selecting the clips cause I definitely abused that submission form for some months. So yeah, sorry about that. Regardless, all I can really say now is thanks for thinking the silly stuff I found and wanted to share was worth showing off. It was fun. With that done, I am thinking of taking it easy from here. I've pretty much run my sources dry and I'm not sure how much more I can squeeze out of them. That said, I am still sitting on like 20+ clips since December's WIK didn't happen, I was getting ready to go out with a bang, so I guess I still have some fuel left in the tank. I'm still trying to decide if I should spread them out or just unload them all straight into the upcoming WIK for January. But yeah, thanks and cheers.
Every Streets of Fury EX clip is the funniest one, I swear. The newer ones are funnier than the old ones until I go back and look at the old ones again at which point I lose it
Regarding non fighters, there are so many times I've thought about submitting a Tales of clip from the PS3 era. Vesperia, Graces F, and Xillia 2 are SUPER NUTTY, like... there are death combos on chonky, maximum difficulty bosses. Vesperia in particular has a "combo" that starts from the first time the player *WHIFFS.*
Favorite part of WIK 2022 has to be the amount of times people started praying for OTG in the final show. Those clips literally taught me the meaning of the term, I didn't know what "OTG" was until then xD
