Hi King, would you be open to do a mini research on the origins of the Chinese people, especially the Shang Dynasty which was prosperous and black? And then ask Chinese for their views on this.
If I may ask, what does the chinese mainstream media show on their TV about Africa or Africans? Cause I somehow feel like there Natives there are conditioned to behave and think on a certain way towards Africans.
@@kingasare3137 we’ll just like the west is so anti China right now and always has been. Chinese media don’t report negative about Africa or try to bring negative views about Africa instead they always talk about how china should work with Africa and how African countries meant to China. Also just look how Hollywood movies made black people look, lots of Chinese got that stupid impression about black people from that
@@kingasare3137 The perception will last a long time due to colonial history. Chinese are also discriminated against all over the world. The century of humiliation.
@@kingasare3137 it's because there are so few black people in China and most Chinese views of black people is through the biased media. Great that you're educating them, how about making a start in changing their perceptions about Africa and Africans by dating a Chinese girl?🤣
Interesting responses to the dating question asked at 9:22. I like the girl in the hats answer, it is open-minded and fair, leaving the door open. The other girl has a right to her preference, but I believe she's apprehensive because of a lot of peer pressure and fears of the unknown.

its kind of amazing that there is a narrative painted about black people even in countries where they dont exist. wonder if they have narratives for other groups of people they will never meet in real life.
Its good to be black, its good to be poor, its good to be intriguing, its good to beloved by GOD, its good to be strong in mind and body, its good to know that you are the one to change the world, i'am not talking about me, but-JESUS CHRIST.
It's a common thing in China for the younger generation to mention English names when a foreign national ask of their name. Mostly, these names are given to them by their ESL teachers at a very young age and they stick to it but these names are not found in any of their official documents. It's similar to a Ghanaian born on a Wednesday and so called Kweku by everyone at home but the name, kweku may not be found in any of his documents. The only difference is, theirs are given mostly by their ESL teachers.

You should have said what do they think about Black Africans Just like you ask them what they think of Black Americans. Most Africans don't call themselves Black. They say Nigerian or Kenyan, etc. You lumped all Black people together. We are not the same, culturally.
And all over the world, people will assume you're an African if you have black skin and not that you're a Nigerian or Kenyan. Black/African are lumped into one all over the world. For example, the moment you touch down in the USA, if your skin is black, you'll be viewed as an African-American and treated like one. Even when it's known that you're from the continent of Africa, that won't change much in terms of how you are viewed or treated. So there is nothing wrong with the interviewers' approach in how he asked the question.
@@dappadondadda100 it is different in China because there are more Africans in China. So he should have said Black Africans, how are they viewed in China. He specifically said Black Americans.
