I setup an Honor for a customer a few months back. It was a nice shooting bow, felt good in the hand, and the accessories were pretty good too. The relief map etched on the bow and cams looked awesome. When I originally saw the price tag I thought it was just a gimmick, but I was actually pretty impressed with the whole package and just the bow itself. Was wondering if they would release it as a bare bow. I’m more of a Hoyt guy, but If it’s an Honor without the bling, should be a good shooter and definitely worth a look.
Super awesome! Stoked about the new materials, making it worth the price jump. Titanium and magnesium alloy, for the same price as a heavy ass carbon POS! I'm in on this one BT. $16, lizard skin .05 mil and shes warm to the touch as well.
Its on the right track but really needed a lower stabilizer mount or an integrated stand. As well as just going with picatinny sight mount instead of this proprietary mount.
I want this bow soo bad. I have the ss34 which i love, but this looks so nice. Time lock, deadlock, grip lock. Cant wait to he able to afford one. Gotta save up for a bit. 😂😂
I've been saying it for the longest time the SS 34 is one of the best bows I've ever shot hands down and I have five of them I have the Reckoning I have the older vxr I have the PSE 34 I have the prime inline 35 the prime and the SS 34 I got them set up to where they really draw very close to each other my hunting bow drawers and shoots more like my I want more holding weight though so it don't have that huge Valley and my shot breaks a lot easier it seems
I have the SX80 and think it is the best platform Bowtech has ever made. They missed an opportunity not marketing that bow better because the stability and draw of that bow is incredible and pulling 80# on comfort, feels like 70#. I shoot it on comfort at 75# all during the offseason for indoor and 3D and have no problems. It may be a ways down the road, or maybe never, but a near perfect Bowtech bow would be the new 34" platform in AeroMag, with an 80# option.
Actually Xpedition came out with magnite in 2021. They just made them totally different in last couple years starting with the Xlite’s. And yes, I believe this sounds very much like that material.
I'm intrigued by this bow, but the additional cost will definitely factor in. I guess I'm a little bit confused why they didn't use titanium hardware that has a black finish so it doesn't reflect in the field.
I remember when I saw the $75,000+ sticker on a beautiful, shiny Ford Bronco. I laughed out loud on the lot. The lot is still full of the things. I hope Bowtech knows what it is doing.
I was really digging this until i looked up the insane pricing….although its a touch on the shorter ATA length for me personally….2200 bucks is insane. Im all set lol

I like BowTech’s tuning technology. I don’t like that their speeds are based on the performance setting which is no fun to shoot, comfort setting is pretty slow.
@@CecilBrown1620 That's MSRP, your local shops may have it for $2100 and that is fair given the rest of the market. I personally would've liked to have seen it at $2k or less, but it's a first gen platform with new/more expensive materials and a titanium bolt kit.

Keep your money and buy a used destroyer or patriot they are both 3.9 lbs and 33 ATA with a longer brace height. Crazy how they want us to believe it costs 2k to make a 3.7# bow.
The new material is crazy expensive. Plus, there are different machining processes with magnesium due to fire risks. Xpedition is using the same stuff, and it's also spendy. The more it becomes available, the lower the prices will be.
Historically I’ve been a Bowtech fanboy. Frankly, I’m underwhelmed. I find their approach to “center mass” inefficient and not even mentioned in this video.
