My ooni rocks on nat gas. 900 in the hot corner in 15 min. I can make pizzas all night!

I followed this vid and after firing up my temp isn’t going above 600F after 40 min. There is a slight wind out and 45F outside today.
Can my flame be too low or my gas flow valve need to be loosed somewhere?

That doesn't seem right. I just fired mine up the other day when it was 33 degrees out. It got up to 900 in 22 minutes. You should contact support

When I did this I didn't realize I wouldn't be able to easily switch back to propane. Unless you know you will 100% use the oven near the gas source I would think twice about going this route.

100% agree. The screws you need to take off to access the panel for swapping, tend to strip very easily. after swapping mine back a forth a few times, most of the screw holes were stripped.
