For real reparations: they identify an actual victim of the offense in question.
They specify the abuses and damages.
They assign a dollar amount for their compensation.
They pay the victim.
If the victim is deceased; they identify the closest living legal heir and pay them.
What is the name of the slave that you are trying to collect the unpaid reparations for?
We all know are relatives that were inslaved cutt the. Checks
That can be found out by looking at the black people on the 1870 census. Reparations should have been paid to them and since it never was that debt still needs to be paid by the US government just like how Native Americans today get reparations for what happened to their ancestors
