Beautifully done. So touching, pulls at the heartstrings. What an amazing Character Jamie is thanks to the brilliant writing from Diana and Sam portrays him so well. Love this edit. Thanks for sharing.
I swear the way this is written, those characters souls were meant to be father and daughter. I could see Jamie in Brianna from the second we met her on the show. I had a breath of relief when they finally met.
I think, and always will continue thinking that Jamie is the greatest MAN character of all in tv shows history. I love him so much, he did everything with dignity all the time, never forgot that he loved and cherished someone to the degree that he could not betray them, whoever it was. He is the real gentleman who always sticks on his word and tries not to let others down. One of the best characters ever written and his way of development never disappointed me. The way he was in early seasons is whole another story because I think that this type of man is the one that’s every woman’s dream. The edit itself broke my heart , cause even though there wasn’t much interaction between father and daughter, but still we can observe that they, in fact, went trough similar difficulties, I’d say horrible things that could ever happen to a human being . That’s why their connection is very strong even though they reunited late which whenever I think about it breaks my heart.
Your comment broke my heart because it is so true. Sometimes, I envy Claire for having a man like Jamie with her, but then I know Jamie and Claire are like two wings of a butterfly. Completely ncomplete without each other. Indeed, Jamie is a rare gem. 💕
Well done! Great editing. I love how you included scenes where they were referring to the past and you actually showed them. Very good thank you for this.
If Jamie child been a boy he probably would have been a Vietnam vet and beaten Bonnet with ease or he might have hated fighting and been a rockstar. Imagine If Jamie did have a child in a Rock band and they started singing. I can picture Jamie asking what type of music is this it's awful, do people in your time actually sing like this😅
@@helenmand Nothing wrong with me... I watched the episode of Wentworth prision scene and I could see that Jamie at the end was very willingly and liked, he admited...and hate himself for that...in the book is even more clear ... he performed very willingly sexual acts with Black Jack, even embraced him while he was crying in his shoulder and saying I love you... Jamie confessed all that to Claire, admiting that he had betrayed her... To be fair with true ...wasn't rape.. Just two hot guys making love in a rough way...then, one of them ashamed decided to claim that was raped..
@@Paulasantos. When I first saw your comment I hoped that maybe I understood something wrong... But seeing the way you explain your opinion... This is so wrong on so many levels and the fact that you don't even see it is concerning to say the least.
@@Paulasantos. I don't want to push things, I'll just try and explain to you why it was rape and I really hope you understand. Jamie was forced to have sex with Randall in order to save Claire. It was what Randall asked in exchange of her freedom. Jamie didn't want to have sex with this man, but tried to keep his promise and not fight even though it was clear that it was not consensual. When you are in a situation like this, the rapist just takes away all your strength, he breaks your spirit. That's what happend with Jamie here... When he was in so much pain, when his body couldn't take it anymore, when his mind tried to find any sort of relief from all that pain, that's when he tried to focus on the only positive thing he could find and that was the sexual "pleasure". Cause for our bodies it is difficult to fight the pleasures even when we are in such an awful situation. Randall broke Jamie's spirit... He made him believe that he liked it, only because the pain was so much that he actually tried to focus on the only thing that didn't hurt as much at that moment. So please don't ever say anything like that again. Jamie was raped by that beast. He didn't enjoy it and he definitely wouldn't do it again for any other reason than to save his wife again (the person he loves more in this world). I hope I helped you understand and I'm really hoping no other victim of sexual assault will read those comments of yours.
That is correct, let the two characters undergo trauma. They survived it very much.
Agree:(

Powerful video and wow .
And Claire and Fergus now, too!! Ahhhhhhh!
And young Ian too
Nice editing job, how to get the original dialogue out of the series without the original music disturbing your background music?

What is the scene of the second 45?
It's on season 5, episode 10
It is where Bonnet kidnapped Bri and wanted to show her how brutal he can really be.
Second 45 is the love scene between Jamie and Black Jack.
which episode that roger find out she was rapesd
I think it's season 4 episode 12 or 13
Is this on Netflix?
It is on Netflix Greece, so I believe other countries will have it too! It's called Outlander
@@helenmand thank you so much, 🌼
Layla Darby it’s season four where bree is raped and season one and two that Jamie’s scenes were from both available on dvd as far as I know
