I say from experience that if your plate carrier and belt are set up right, there's not much discomfort and body adapts but what's concerning is that for a very small frame, long term her joints will suffer a lot of wear. Especially lower back, knees, hips and ankles. Really not good for her long term. Hope she gets promoted quick and gets out of the streets asap.

Smaller people have advantages in combat smaller target by enemy.. bringing so many equipment but without any water or ration is very risking

The small sample of trial shows that mix gender teams tend to perform worse and have a higher mortality rate as guys somehow instinctively always throw their lives away to protect women who cannot outsprint and outmuscle the enemies.
People and governments have every right to be woke or against it. However, in places and jobs that protect lives, being sensible and realist is far better than being an idealist.
Mixed gender actually prevent wars and mass rapes during wars. Whether you like it or nor, males primarily in control has always resulted in chaos. Both sees being in power bring a better balance for all humans, and less wars too. Because male supremacists always want to show off power and wage wars on other humans.

@@Justme-ir8qu yes. Basic physics. A 90kg guy can easily outmuscle a 70kg guy. A 70kg guy can easily outmuscle a 50kg lady.
If weight, height and gender are pointless, we should just merge male and female into one category in sports.
We should not divide sports by weight classes and gender.
To date, the female weight lifting record and sprinting record in olympics have been broken countless times by HIGH SCHOOL BOYS. Not even fully grown adult men.

God forbid her 90kg teammate gets injured in a firefight and she has to drag his injured body out of the line of fire.
Hers is an outright position of privilege, the privilege of being in Singapore where real policing is the occasional burglary and theft, not full blown gun fights. Otherwise, no one in their right minds would want to partner with her on the streets, it is a crippling disadvantage if I know that my partner will not be able to fireman carry me as easily as I can fireman carry him.
