Great video! I’ve just been watching your broken tibia and Fib video I suffered the same injury seven months ago and still struggling to jog/sprint how long did it take you to fully recover cheers
full recovery in about a year for me! I recommend running in sand if possible, as well as doing as much physically as you can every month, because using the broken bone will stimulate it to grow bone tissue. For me it was a cycle of first: using the leg until my bone ached, then being chill for a few days until the pain went away. Repeat. Just try jogging even if it hurts. You will notice that each time you try again, it will hurt less.
