Judy we are staying far from crowds for this Christmas season yes....we used to take the flu shot but since we took the covid vaccine we haven't taken an flu shot...However our private doctor gave us boosters shots...We will probably have to consider taking back a yearly flu shot yes...❤❤❤❤❤❤

Drink lots of fluids to keep your body rehydrated. Pedialyte or Prolytes are recommended. Also gravol for vomiting and lomide or lomotil for diarrhea. Having symptoms of vomiting or diarrhea means u are losing good bacteria. Enterogermina is a probiotic that replaces good bacteria, aids in stopping d diarrhea and settling d stomach as well. I can assure u that masks which had stopped selling is now selling again so folks need to be cautious out there. Once again ..short and sweet video...keep them coming bro.
