One of my questions from the show that didn't get answered was when the drug wore off and they weren't in superposition, what was the location of the box? Did the return to the original location they entered the box. Amanda said earlier in the series that the box is always in the same geo location. So, were Amanda and Jason 1 always back at Velocity when they were out of superposition? If that's true, than Amanda and Leighton 2 could have easily gone back to their world once the drug wore off.

You got it wrong. Jason 2 is actually Jason 3, Jason 2 stole the life of Jason 1. In episode 1 Jason who we think is the real Jason visits a storage unit writing down activities he supposed to do daily and even examines one of the vials before eventually being abducted by Jason 3 in the mask under the bridge after leaving the bar.
