I performed this mod several months ago and it's nice to know others are doing the same. Afterwards I went into a mod frenzy and worked on the articulation for the Baroness. But I didn't stop there as i moded Snake eyes,Akiko and a bunch of six inch SW black series and marvel legends figures that I have yet to upload to instagram lol

I don't dislike the neck at all. Looking at some sexy pics of Ursula Corbero, months ahead of the figures and movie releases, I saw very quickly that she indeed has a LONG NECK. I bought two, and left one as is, but switched her belt with Marvel Legends fodder, and foddered the Baroness belt from it for a custom Female Trooper. The glasses were back painted into sunglasses for my Jodi "Shooter" Craig custom Joe figure. The other Baroness received an X-23 maskless Laura head, and I fitted the glasses from the Ursula Baroness head to it. The skin tone matched perfectly, and her angry expression with the glasses screams Baroness. I had to bore out the head cavity a bit to fit the neck peg, and it turned out that the long neck was fixed by just doing that.

It's a great figure if they would have just had the neck shorter and after I did this which was super easy, man I really like this figure, great accessories as well, thanks for watching and dropping a comment have a great day Coris 🤙🤙
I did pretty much the same thing to mine. I used a modelling saw to take of some of the lower neck and drilled into the head a bit, and used some hot glue to get a snug fit. Looks great. The head sculpt is amazing.

I plan on swapping the gi joe origins Scarlett head with the version 1 Scarlett but you have to remove the neck as well, when you heated the neck up what did you use to pull in out?
Just niddle nose pliers, then just cut it with scissors, I was very happy with how it turned out 🤙🤙🍻
Looks much better. Only I would prefer a thinner choker piece, this one is too thick, almost like a scarf, but physically, your version is something id spend money on
By the way, wasn't there an 90s or early 90s version of here where he top came off? and she was in bra. I think there was one modification version, but i don't know what to search online to find it, if you remember and know, please do let me know, because I lost it way back in the 90s
