Video Notes
- At the time of filming, COVID-19 regulations in Athens stipulated that the wearing of masks was mandatory indoors and outdoors. My mask was removed only to eat and speak to the camera so that's why you'll see it under my chin 😷
- I've upgraded from the iPhone (yay!) for my UA-cam videos and am now using a Sony ZV E10 which I'm currently learning how to use. I apologise for the focus and stabilisation issues during this video. Thank you for your patience 🎥

You should visit Thessaloniki, the culinary capital of Greece! I liked your videos, because they have a traveller’s feeling and touch - not at all touristy and cliché.

1:17 The wrapped pita is called souvlaki in Athens and pita in the rest of the world. The actual souvlaki is pieces of meat in a wooden stick in Athens they call it kalamaki.
So you ate pita with souvlaki.

The ''philosophy''of having tzatziki next to a greek meat dish is because of the prebiotics the vaughurt that is made of contains and that will help having an easy digestion of such a fatty meal. Everything about any greek food has a part of wisdom within!

Heading over in 2 weeks, are they enforcing vax cards to enter everything? (Archeology sites) (museams resteraunts) or they more laid back?
I travelled in late Feb/early March and there were times where I had to show COVID-19 vaccination proof. Best to check with the local government websites for further information. Hope that gives an idea
