    Put teaspoon of matcha and 1/3 glass of hot water in blender, blend it few seconds then add hot milk of choice and optionally teaspoon of sweetener (honey or sugar) blend it again few seconds and there you have tasty matcha latte.
    If you don’t have blender, just whisk it, will take a bit longer to get the foam, but it will do.

      @pamelasalzman  5 років тому +2

      I haven't found a difference in the results when the matcha is whisked or blended in a blender or frother. Maybe I'm not whisking it correctly, but I do have a bamboo matcha whisk. Have you compared the differences in techniques?

    • @RLSCS

      @@pamelasalzman , Thank you for responding. Sorry, my comment was misleading. I was simply trying to inform that matcha green tea does not "dissolve" as you mention in this video. The only technique I have used so far is with an immersion blender. This seems to work very well to blend the tea in the liquid. I would recommend this method to anyone who already has an immersion blender at home and doesn't want to spend extra money on another gadget.
