When I visited HCMC, I went to a coffee shop with excellent SE Asian Style black tea drink! (Adding condensed milk like Hong Kong and Hainan)), it was great! I feel Vietnam is actually a very open minded country with their own independent spirit for entrepreneurship! Cheers
Xin chao, without any hesitation, I have always given your videos a thumbs-up as they all seemed very informative based on the captions. And all your new videos come with a notification as I am subscribed to your UA-cam channel. Keep up the good work! Stay safe & cam on ban!
I'm an American who has lived in South Korea for the long term and have started successful businesses in Korea. I recently visited Vietnam on vacation, and I was impressed by how developed it is and how the GDP is growing. I think Vietnam is what Korea was 30 years ago, but with better demographics. They gave a reverse pyramid demographic. I would be interesting to set up a small business in Vietnam catering to Korean tourists in Danang.
The 5 points he bring out mostly for the business mind benefit for him only I have 5 points why most of fast food franchise and some brand names can’t survive in Vietnam 1. 90% still live in poverty …no middle classes 2. Ordinary manufacturers workers make about average between $200.00-$400.00 US dollars a month can’t afford $10.00 US dollars for lunch 3. Why you open business in the poor country with government greedy corruption 4. Foreign business can’t compete with local business 5. You have to pay too many different taxes and bribery
It would be great see a model plan. Example Highland coffee on set up and initial capital along with equipment. Then give an example of projected income less expenses. Understandable this based on a model but may wet the appetites of future investors.
Thank you for this video! Could you consider making a video on investing in international financial markets (stocks, ETFs, bonds) from vietnam. some possible topics Create a company vs private investments, Where to setup the broker and how to deal with the law. Thank you
me and my girlfriend (non Vietnamese ) our looking for citzenship as the u.s is becoming horrble too live in what is the fastest way for someone too become a citizenship I will get rid of u.s citzenship if needed .
Thanks for your comment. If you are planning to renounce your U.S. citizenship (like thousands per year), we recommend getting a strong passport first so that you can still travel around the world visa-free and possibly optimize your taxes. Thus, the fastest way is to purchase a citizenship by investment program. Depending on your needs, we can guide you through the process and select the citizenship that suits your needs.

KFC seems to be doing just fine in Vietnam, but McDo can't do it, they must be doing something wrong. Re/711, there's too much competition in VN for convenience stores.
@@msbrownbeast kfc is good, they like chicken over there in vn, its not that 7/11 got too much competition, the owner of 7/11 have to share their profit with corp and that is 50%, oh and dont even think about little pizza they are the second worst to be an owner of.

Starbucks is not a Franchise unless they sell them in Vietnam. They are all owned by Starbucks corporation unlike McDonalds and other franchises.
Starbucks is a license.
