Currently Nikita Singhania, her mother and brother are charged only with abatement of su*c*de. Such charges rarely get any conviction. The conviction rate is only 1-2%. So most likely these culprits will become free and they will continue damaging Atul's family and the rest of the world. They deserve to be put in jail for a long time.
So please ask Atul Subhash's brother Bikash Modi to immediately file these charges against Nikita Singhania:
1) Extortion using false criminal charges
2) Cruelty by not letting him see his son
Also he needs to file a motion to demand Atul's son's custody to be immediately given to Atul Subhash's parents and brother. This is the most important thing for Atul's parents.
