**Sir mera personal experience h ki Private sector m nepotism hota h sbko equality nhi di jate islia khe na khe mujh private sector m ye problem lgti h jis vajh se m banking sector join krna chata hu.
**bank kisi bhi country ka backbone hota h खासकर, जब बात भारत जैसे देश को विकसित करने की हो ,kuch years phle global recession ke chlte effective indian banking system ke karan hmare country sbse kam effect hui the.sbhi sectors m se banking sector bhi ek esa sector tha jha recession nhi hua tha.
Pehla nahi bolna hai… wo victim mentality show kr rha hai aapki. Kehna bhi hai to say it like ki private ne lack of opportunity hai jiski wajah se fair chance nhi milta. Nepotism nahi bolna hai
Bhaai recession ko detail me pdhna. That crisis began with banking sector itself. Modify ur answer, delete last line. Usse pehle ka theek hai ki banking backbone hai, developing country hai to m us sector me kaam krna chahta hu jaha jyda growth and opportunities hai

I graduated this year only so I have only these things no work experience so should I mention these in my intro or it will be excessive and create wrong impression?

Without strength and hobbies ke, bas 40 seconds ka intro kaisa rhega, panel agar bolte hai, ki introduce yourself alongwith your strength and hobbies, tab bole usko...
Kyoki, better hai wo curious rahe nd tab Mai btaon, 30-40 sec intro kya enough hai, jisse panel bhi involved rahe nd communication better rahe...

No ... Dont do this small as well... it defeated the basic purpose of the question... they asked you to introduce so that they can understand you... not just a name sake personality... they might jump to ur degree, pg, job...and then u have no control on panel..
@@rankerschoice1485 actually, mai bas 4 chizo pe unka dhyan attract karna chahta hu, especially mere naam pe, mai vaishali se hu, so mere native place nd state pe jo well prepared hai, nd jaise hi Mai, bas course hi btaonga, why banking to aayega hi Question, jo prepared hai, iske alawa agar wo curious hai to strength and hobbies btaunga...

@@rankerschoice1485 actually sir GDS in India post are considered as extra departmental employees. We are not considered under its regular employees and there is very less scope for promotion. And here we are limited to a village branch post office only. Such type of explanation must be enough?
My father passed away so we are a family of 3 members, me ,my mom and sibling. Should I mention about my mom and sibling or mention about my parents excluding sibling?
Add them all. Mentioned my father was working with……. in case if they ask then tell what happened
Sir i passed my 10th with 97.2% marks.12with 95.6 % I was district topper in both classes.

Sir I am a Msc physics but during form filling, I only mentioned about graduation in the form. What should i say about that?
No worry ... but mention that in intro... ur PG... if they ask you... then say that bymistake it got submitted without PG details....

@@rankerschoice1485 yes..😊😊...last year in interview they were shocked and each one was asking that u r going to be a doctor and u r leaving that for a bank job...but I gave a good answer and stuck to that through out the interview...At last mam asked whether I would leave doctor profession if i get selected, i said yes positively mam...I got 75 marks in interview.. i hope for getting more this time😁😁
