I met seamus a few months after he signed for us, i was a shy 12/13 year old lad. He was shopping in Liverpool city centre, i went over to him full of nerves and said hi can we get a picture please, and he was the loveliest man I had ever met, he could tell i was nervous and started asking what was i shopping for today and didnt look like he was annoyed or in a rush to get the picture over with, i tell this story to everyone i talk to about Everton, thank you Seamus for the memory i won't ever forget it and thank you for everything you do for the badge 💙 my captain

I would love to ask her the question, did you think you had persuaded Everton to pay over the odds when you left work that day. And do you now think - Should have held out for more, a lot more. Just a shame there was not his goal against Leeds in 22-23. Perhaps his most vital. But what a hero.

19:18 - I was the club secretary who sold him for the famous Sixty Grand. I would love to ask her the question, did you think you had persuaded Everton to pay over the odds when you left work that day. And do you now think - Should have held out for more, a lot more.
Just a shame there was not his goal against Leeds in 22-23. Perhaps his most vital.
