There is a KOA which is adjacent to this resort that we stayed in last year which allows people who don’t have Class A coaches to enjoy great views and this region.
Hubby and I worked here for two summers and we absolutely loved not only the area but the work environment, the people we met here and the people we worked with and for and the owner, Chase Becker. I highly recommend this resort and the KOA. We consider it one of the highlights of our life to have lived and worked here.
I think the setup is great the sink is absolutely great love big sinks the step is okike it is do to throw over head don't change a thing the patio is great . They really di# a great job
Great job Andrew!!! I am curious as to how all the developed lots weather the winter months. I see beautiful furniture and outdoor kitchens but how do they store all that during the winter months? Would love to see one of those beautiful finished lot in January, just to get an idea of how they pack up everything.
From just over the mountains, north of Gfalls... I bet it's a zoo over there for the 4th weekend. But I wish I was on the lake . I hear North Dakota is nice
Dave Wood is going to find out those Arizona summers are painfully hot. It sounds like he is living in or around Green Valley, AZ. I grew up in southeastern AZ and went to the University of Arizona for college. He will enjoy the winters, but he will be happy to come back to Montana in the summer to escape the AZ heat.
Beautiful resort Andrew…I always worry about if your Class A coach is older than 10 years but it looks like “it’s still in the wrapper” that you could get a waiver from resort owner?
Andrew JUST FOU D U LAST WEEK, FOLLOWING ALL YOUR VIDEOS!! YOU KILL IT BRO!!!!! GETTING SO EDUCATED....LOOKING FOR A CLASS A...WATCHING "THE MOTORCOACH STORE DAILY!!! IM IN WEST PALM BEACH FLORIDA.... KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ANDREW...
Not sure on this place, but I don't understand the "Class A" only. My 4x4 sprinter, customized by Van Speciaties, has a higher value than many of the high end Class A's, but apparently, I'm not good enough to sleep there.
i don't think so .. because too cold ur rv toilet will not flash water .. i live in Texas ,winter my rv toilet have problem in the cold days .... but we only have one week or two weeks cold days .
Not intrusive at all. In fact it adds to the "remote" feel of the area; having a private airstrip nearby. Planes are fun to watch and only an occaisioan one is noisy.
@@kirkjohnson4644 Negative...Andrew is filming with a GoPro without any "Wind Noise" filter set on camera, or in Post. This is what's creating the low rumbling you hear.
@@kirkjohnson4644 you're absolutely correct! But, in reference to the question...as well as some folks being "concerned"...the small airstrip is NOT what is being heard in the background. Just trying to keep things straight.
@@RVSquaredSteve ok well i wasnt saying that the noise in the background WAS from the airstrip. Just stating that it excists next door! Youre gonna here action from over there, just wanted to keep that straight.
@@brucesnow3506 Of course there are a lot of nice Super-Cs, as well as some very nice 5th wheelers. But, just as how there are a LOT of campgrounds that can't accomodate a large Class A bus, there are many "Class A Resorts" that maintain this requirement for a variety of reasons; reserving the resort to accomodate the largest RVs being one of them. This is MY info and understanding and not meant to be an argument or defense for the management, who would be a better source.
@@brucesnow3506 there are some beautiful Super C's. However, the Resort's original developers wanted a place to exclusively cater to the largest rigs on the road. Additionally, at the time the Resort was developed, Super Cs were not nearly as popular as they are today.
Montana is great in the summer-but-you aren’t going there in your motorhome in the winter 🥶 and you won’t be able to rent it in the winter either 🤷♀️ So No thanks ❄️☃️
@@Moondoggy1941 I’ve been watching their lot listings for about three years to get a feel of how well they sell and how the values are changing. It looks beautiful and maybe I would invest. Bottom line they never sell. With a KOA on the hill above you and a casino being built right next door, I am no longer considering buying.
@@RVSquaredSteve Like the residents stated that they love the place and when the age increase it is time to sell, this is very typical. Looks like a great place.
This is incorrect. Not only has this casino not been approved, there are not even detailed design plans that have been submitted. Last year, the City of Polson turned down a request for annexation of the property. Furthermore, a multi-year traffic study will need to be carried out through the Montana DOT before this project can move forward. Even if the traffic study is completed, the property will not have city water nor sewer unless it is annexed. We would encourage you to read the minutes from last year's planning meeting to get a better understanding of the local political environment. We would also encourage you to reach out to the City of Polson so you can hear it directly from the source. One of the top lots at the Resort was sold earlier this year and the Buyer of the lot spoke to the City of Polson prior to purchasing to address this very concern. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Pretty and Clean. 350k, $250/day, $170/mo HOA, 60% rent back to owner. Seems summer only. I bet the HOA Board is in force there. "I love it so much I'm selling" While you can't just park and hookup a big RV or camper for months on vacant land in Florida, you can legally be on you land at any hour of the day as long as you observe building, environmental, health and noise ordinances. People use their land for storage, to work on projects and to stretch out. The land is cheaper than renting storage for a few years. IMO, Something to be said about downsizing to a more off grid, off road rig and being much more private, outdoors, mobile and stealthy.

Fantastic place to stay. We have stayed here multiple times over the years and would highly recommend both the resort and the KOA.

Very nice, but seems very expensive for a seasonal spot. I guess if you can afford a $2.6 million dollar coach, you'll have no problem affording this.
Hey Andrew, you flew right over my house. Welcome again to the Flathead. But don’t tell anyone.
Big Arm State Park up the road has sets on the lake for $25!!
Not even a close comparison to Polson Resort.

Lot's of yes's I wonder what the No's are? Maximum age of the coach, type of coach etc, jaccuzi's.
10 year old Class A. No "jacuzzis" are on site.
Could you live in a RV here year round?

March through October.

Can an owner stay on the property year round?
The water is shut down for the winter, and not much chance of staying there even if you could weather the snow. Staff is off-site for winter months.

For these prices : buy a home in the area and install an RV pad.

Be aware that a casino has been approved for the property next door.
