The Jays are an utter disaster. Springer provides very little value. Guerrero appears to have stopped trying. Bichette looks like he wants to be traded. Manoah should not be in the majors right now. The Jays have very little in depth. There are no easy or quick solutions to turn this around. Atkins needs to be fired. With the payroll he has and the lack of success and organizational depth, he deserves the boot sooner than later. The pitching staff can only do so much. If it were up to me, I'd start trying to get some value back right away. Arraez was just traded, so it's not too soon. Trade Kikuchi, try to trade Guerrero, Bichette, Turner, Garcia and Romano. This club needs a 5 year tear down and rebuild plan that gets put into place in the next 2-3 months...and again, that starts with the firing of Atkins.
