You should get a butane torch or a heat gun and go over that plastic piece on the front bumper to darken it up. I just did that on my bed rails and it made a HUGE difference. Trust me you'll love it.

it could be the arms the roll the window up. that sound is the bolts stripping or two arms to close to each other , how to fix-, take off plastic door panel and tight the nuts and bolts on the arms. or add rubber spacers to the arms of they are colliding either A.with each other or B.with the door

check the air bag mount I drive up and down bumps and it broke and it dose the same thing

That noise in the door most likely is the bottem or the window track is loose or broke or the door speaker or stock tweeter try putting some rubber washers in between the speakr and door that worked on my truck had the same problem try that and see if it stops

The door lock is whta rattling it used to do it in my 99 but it's fixed now I got some foam and put it in the door panel in front of the lock

That noise could either be plastic in the door or the exhaust, because a lot of OBS 7.3's do that as well and I was told its the exhaust.

okay what you need to do is take your door panel off on your passenger side and look down in the bottom of door if there ain't nothing laying there taking keep your door panel off and drive until you hear that noise again and look over and you will find out
