Standing Seam Metal Roofing. FAST WAY TO CUT IT!

When you need to cut heavy gauge metal roofing panels on small pieces invest in correct tools. Like the ones on this video.

Using a saw or grinder will void the finish warranty. On the gulf coast if you cut a panel with any saw it will rust within the first year.

Thanks for sharing. We struggled to cut the seams but the jig saw and special blade look like the way to go!

DO NOT DO THAT!
Saw or grinder cut with friction that will burn off galvanized coating… without it all the cuts will rust in no time.
