Yeah it's the new trait "Assailant" from the throwing axe path. It increases melee damage for throwing knives and axes and changes the animation to match

@@cyber_xiii3786 No, oddly enough. I think it counts me as getting regular exp from kills even though it isn't supposed to do that till after the event. I wish it would give me the skins tho. I'd be the freshest Bastard in all the Bayou. Even today, when I got enough event points to 'unlock' poison arrows, the game still gave me a free set. Even though I already had them. And as far as I can tell no one else has them, or at least I haven't seen any dead bodies with them.
The poison is not doing additional damage after its inflicted right? I don't know how that one guy i hit died. I hit him once with an poison arrow, he walked behind cover and died haha. No way for someone to attack him from behind with something silenced.
The poison arrows do bleed dot. The poison just prevents them from healing for a hot sec (but they can still stop the bleeding). So the guy would have died from the bleed.
Do poison arrows also cause bleeding? Otherwise that would be insane. I can forsee a lot of people killing themselves when they unlock the frag arrow xD
Was also briefly possible to unlock them through various fuckery, like combat axe XP or blueprints, if you had the bow. Been patched now though at least on PC.

clicking reload still keeps you from being able to run for the time to unpull it. swapping right away allows you to sprint right away.

Don't know if you are aware, but if you are able to find a blueprint with the bow you unlock all the ammo types beforehand.

I went Tomahawk, and of course they conveniently reduce the armored spawns by about 1000%. At least I can loot the bows to farm hives.

U get 3+1 per 1 arrow slot. And you can take 4
