I think you are correct, at least two of those are too far gone to recover. Even if you put them in a humidity box, I don't think there is enough energy for them to get much further along.

I have a lot of trouble too , I m in Port Macquarie NSW. Very hard to flower . Easy to rot

Thank you for sharing your experience with cattleyas. They are tricky. I had 2 before these last 2 hauls. Now I have 2 healthy ones and 7 in recovery. My original 2 I nearly killed and have managed to bring them back from the edge. I’m hoping to get them into my pumice setup with their next growths.
Maybe try adding more airflow to your grow area, your much more humid an environment than me. Might help.
