The design so heavy and there is no language of pattern or synchronization of materials. Might be good for some, but totally against my design ideologies.
The building looks like a hotel not a home. And also it has very little connection with Calcutta architectural style .. I think when a home is being built in an old part of Calcutta , care should be taken to make it compliment that Calcutta architectural heritage. Calcutta has a very distinct architecture.. too bad these days it is being destroyed .

I have been to this office many a times,it has a wonderful working environment, it's interior conveys a peace.
I think it's beautiful, especially the lobby in front of Mr. Aggrawal's office.

This project costs around 5-6 cr. But this is not for sale. The first 3 floors is office area and the top 2 floors are for him and his family.
