You cannot use trail account for SAP AI Core, but if want you can use free tier that does not need VAT but it needs credit card on the file and if you exceed your allocated quota, your card will be charged. I find it very risky to use free tier you could end up getting bill over thousands of dollars. There is no control to preset a limit.
