The amount of work will depend a lot on the standards of each person, per example a roof in a house like this can be between 8 to 16 thousand. When clients visit in person I always give my opinion and advice. You can be sure that sometimes I am a bit like the dream killer and try to show people the reality, sometimes people just need to go through the process and they don’t really take you serious

E tem que subir o forro do primeiro pavimento é muito baixo. A casa do quintal tem que demolir ,está caindo não dá pra aproveitar nada...e limpar todo o quintal em volta da casa...trocar os pisos e fazer banheiro novo..🤔eu ofereceria um valor .porque tem que gastar uns 50 000 euros pra colocar bonitinha
