Gumboots dance

TSCC (Tsholofelo Ya Sechaba Community Centre) is a community based project that promotes sports, education, skills development, arts and culture, and many more through youth as tool to uplift and develop the community, promote social cohesion, and provide hope to community.
TSCC is based in a rural community in the North West Province of South Africa where most of the population depends on government grants to survive.
